This exact kit is going to be my first model, very excited, and nervous, but showing your patience and dedication to the craft has definitely inspired me to work hard to reach your level of excellence. Thanks for being an awesome guide and (no pun intended) model for those interested in getting into the craft! Excellent work!
@@kidslayer6_9 You can usually get these models on Amazon (also eBay and others) or the official Tamiya website. I recommend Amazon because the Tamiya website is limited with model cars as of right now.
Man this was beautiful. I have the same kit that’s been collecting dust since 2010. I never put it together. Then I decided to see if anyone built this one and here I am. I’m not as good as you in painting and I lack those fancy tools too. :/. Great job tho and now I’ll get what I need to make mine.
seeing your videos makes me think: "when will i make another scale model car.." and your videos give me a general idea on what to build and it really helps me out! in my opinion, your models are absolute perfection. kee up the good content!
i came searchin for the quality of tamiya products and become a fan of your work amazing job im thinkin to start a project haha videos like this inspire and relaxes me
I really needed this video. I haven't built a model in a year you inspired me to build models again. I just just finished building mk4 supra. Great job on the car btw!
You made me want to buy this model kit even more! I will probably ask one for a Christmas, so thank for making me have the urge to get one and making this video! Great Detail! 👍
I’ve watched all of your videos over the past couple months, and I finally purchased all of the supplies needed to start my first model!!! I’m doing the original NSX and using the Tamiya spray can paints until I can get the funds to use a spray gun! Thank you for the inspiration, I’m beyond excited.
Yooo i was thinking of starting with an NSX too!! Its the prettiest car ever made imo. But before car models ill practice on gunpla😅, less work required but should be a fun experience too
Great video! I’ve been watching your work and have picked up my own airbrush set and model kit to build. Very excited to start! Thanks for the inspiration.
You rock! That's Amazing, it's relaxing, inspiring and definitely impressive! I've always wanted to start on this hobbies but I only have failures until now... How much did you spend on anything you used?
Thank you for watching🙏😊 It is just personal choice, I like using airbrush and spray cans, I use spray cans for the body because it’s more convenient and save some time. Tamiya spray cans are also great for sanding and polishing.
I’ve built the Tamiya R34 GTR and the chassis and all the parts underneath look exactly the same, I wonder if Nissan just didn’t change anything under there or if Tamiya didn’t feel like changing anything. Awesome job by the way!
A lot of people think that doing models is just a hobby and some even think it’s stupid but it’s more than just a hobby it’s an art no matter if it’s not the greatest it’s still an art and for some a passion. Edit: also a model I think would be cool is a 1973-1975 Datsun 620 pickup if there is one
Damn haha i recently built this kit and i made a video of it that’s heavily inspired by your filming techniques. The similatrities are everywhere. Anyway great vid and clean build as usual.
This exact model was the first car model kit I built. Although it didn’t look pretty was sure proud of myself. Jun, I have one question, How many years have you been building model kits for, and do you still have the first one you have ever built?
Since I have sanded the car with 2000 to 12000 grit sand paper, I only use Tamiya finish compound, but if I sand the car with 2000-3000 then I would use all three Tamiya polishing compounds. Thank you for watching😊🙏

Where to get these.
I mean can you tell me from where you got the model?
How long does it take to make one?

awsome video!!!
The fact that he can paint even the smallest details on the dash amazes me ❤️
go look up people who paint Hotwheels, that's easy sauce compared to drawing in the headlights on a 1/64 scale car
This whole build is awesome but I especially like the radio antenna bean can exhaust. Ingenious

Saludos de Argentina
I usually wetsand in between each coat of paint and seem to have much better results( less orange peel). But yours still looks amazing!!👍👍
You should make a model of the akina hill from initial D and put all the cars on it as a showcase. That would be truly incredible
Well done as always, Jun!
