Walrus Walruss doesnt really make sense as takeoff and landing space since they are vtols. it would be understandable for storage space but there was no reason for it to have an actual runway ontop. there are some reasons like civilian emergency landing or if they needed the ships used as regular carriers in case they lost vtol capacity or something.

Where did you build the seaport? If you built in on a deployed prospector (a.k.a. command hub) you still need to get max clearance for that hub. The allied upgrade rules is NOT the same to the soviets. If you got max clearance for the Construction Yard, you need to build the seaport on its build area. But that doesn't mean that you also have max clearance for all build areas you have. It only applies to the build area around the ConYard. If you have several command hubs deployed, you still have to individually upgrade the command hubs for you to get max clearance for their build areas. Take note, that doesn't apply to the Defense Bureau. Once you have a Defense Bureau in place, it's considered a universal upgrade. Not like the ConYard and the ComHubs where you still need to have them individually upgraded. Some people tend to make that mistake and build Defense Bureaus for the ConYards and ComHubs they have. PS: If by any chance you were able to capture a Soviet ConYard and/or Outpost, the allied upgrade rules still apply. Say you try to expand the build area of an Allied ConYard or ComHub using a Soviet structure (since Soviet structures offer additional build areas when deployed unlike the allies), the allied upgrade rules will only apply to the ORIGINAL build area of the Allied ConYard/ ComHub and NOT at the expanded area. If you want the allied upgrade rules to apply to the soviet build area, you have to overlap it with another ConYard or ComHub and buy the upgrade for it. That also applies to the Empire but then you might want to ask yourself. Can you really deploy any allied or soviet structure on the build areas provided by the Imperial structures? Defense structures, Yes. But allied or soviet production structures? I highly doubt it.

Hydrofoil were meant to be an empire unit so it lacked some common feature of Assault destroyer, Aircraft carrier and Riptide.
