Excellent, as always. Liked the bit at the end where Steve contorted himself through a hole in the gate, while Ajija simply opened and closed it (bright girl)
I've had a sinus and ear infection this week and have traveled all over Scotland with you and Alicija while lying on the couch and have really enjoyed it. Your videos are great, you two are adorable and I really appreciate all of your trips. Thanks.😊
Thank you Steve for showing us this beautiful trail - and now I know where I definitely must go with my dog (on lead, don't worry) when I'm in Scotland in September. You've just sorted one of my days out! Beautiful filming.
Actually thinking the same. So it’s at the end of Glen Coe heading to FW. No the house from HP is in the other side of the road near the youth hostel. They filmed the walking part at signal rock.
Excellent video as always. Please keep them coming. I suffer terrible with mental health and anxiety. Your videos give me inspiration to fight my anxiety, and get back out to our amazing Scottish scenery. Maybe join you for an adventure sometime.
Absolutely gorgeous Steve......beautiful scenery.....really nice hike & so nice to visit with the little Bambi family! Between the mountains, water, bridges & all the other things there to enjoy it was really stunning!
Definitely did not disappoint!! An awesome excursion, lovely scenery with forest and water, a walk among others footsteps who walked before you so so long ago….so cool!! And signal rock seems plausible so who knows, right? 🪨 🔥 Thanks for the road trip 🙋♀️😊
A great ride Steve. I’ve had the pleasure of making that drive twice and it was stunning this time also. An excellent decision to let the camera do the work. Last time we did the drive we saw a piper along the route. We asked some of the locals about him. There replied that, “no one around here knows him. He must be from England”. Thanks again, Jim K.
Awesome Steve, you sure pick some beauties.if it wasn't for breaking my leg I would love to walk this, never mind just be glad you do the walking and I do the watching lol. Thanks again.😍
Now me, I'd have taken the other path once over the bridge rather than up the steps and gone round to the Clachaig Inn! (That's our usual break in our journey north).
Over the course of the two vids I have just thought: 'imagine living in those houses in the valley - how lucky are they to wake up with those views everyday.....'. Plus, 3G in the middle of nowhere - same as I get in a large Lincolnshire village of 2000+ !
Must admit I've only ever drove through Glencoe so once again this is another education Steve, done some treks in the past around Braemar & Blairgowrie and would recommend Lossiemouth if you both haven't already adventured around the area. Looked a stunning day fella and many thanks again. Sent you email ok.
I done this walk for the first time in August last year. Driven past it so many times and had never stopped! We went on a day it was bucketing it down but it was a lovely walk. Have you done the climb into the Lost Valley in Glencoe from the Three Sister Car park? It's a good hour of steep rambling but we worth the climb.
Ha we were the same Bryan! Have camped in Lost Valley a few years ago and it was incredible, we were the only tent! Wanting to go back and make a video :)
Ahoy Pirates! .) Thanks for sharing! Just for the record: you are showing this to a hardcore Harry Potter fan. XD Glencoe looks magical, looks like people keep it that way. Mother Nature must be smiling! Capt.
Well you have done it again Steve and Alicja..... Wow...... So Beautiful.... I like how you have used "CGI" to make it look Sunny...... Because we all know that you don`t get Sunshine like that in Scotty Land..... :-)))) As a Scout camping in Scotty Land all I got were Midge bites!!!!! Take care and keep safe... :-))))))
@@steve-marsh Te He....... But it did look stunning... It sounds like you have many more places to discover. I look forward to your future adventures.... :-)))))
Hi Steve don’t know the lady’s name but what a great video I personally think what I have seen of your videos you are the one to watch ,great commentary,we are coming up to Scotland on the 8 June for ten days in motorhome, tell me can a motorhome get through Appleby pass ? No doubt you have been there I hope you can help me ,you have given me lots of places I want to visit ,thank you and the lady so much for showing us these beautiful places o see ,take care keep safe,John 👀👀🌹🥂🌈❤️🍺🍺
Cheers John, I wish you a wonderful trip! I bet you can't wait, sound fantastic. To be honest, depends on the length, but I would be a bit scared doing the pass in a motorhome unless it was very quiet time of day - so maybe a 'yes' but I'd be doing it very early in the morning to take the stress out of it :) All the best!
@@steve-marsh For three years on the trot in the 90's I went to Glen Affric tree planting with Trees For Life, a charity funded organization out of Findhorn. I still support them, so I’ll contact them and ask if it’s possible !?
What a absolutely stunning place my boy kean just watched the video with me and said "it cannot be real daddy it's so beautiful like a enchanted forest" that's another place on his to do list 😀thanks again for another fantastic video and thank you for keeping me and kean entertained he did ask if the deer scared you lol thanks again Steve
It really is like an enchanted forest! Much better description than I could ever come up with :) The deer are so timid, they didn't scare me, but I hope we didn't scare them Kean, as we were in their house :)
We discovered this walk by accident after 1st lockdown last summer despite passing many times. All usual parking through glen was extremely busy. I remembered seeing the parking sign here from previous trips & pulled in to try our luck. Enjoyed our picnic and decided to go exploring. What a wee gem it was, stunning scenery and a great wee day out. Walked around Glencoe Lochan afterwards. Nice memories watching your video!
Another wonderful video! I was in Scotland in July 2016 and we went through this amazing area. It was a lot greener then - really lushly green. I wonder if that was because of the time of year or because of specific weather conditions that year. Our tour guide spoke of plans to replant parts of the Highland forests which been subject to rather thoughtless logging in the past which your video shows. Thanks and keep making these videos!
Hi Steve I’m coming to,Scotland next year I would like to meet up and if possible can give us a tour of what you can we can arrange something payment hopefully your reply
You drove past the Clachaig Inn without going in. Didn't know you could do that!
🤣
Just discovered your channel this evening..... watched about 6 vlogs & loved them all, thank you.... Am now hooked 👍
Glad you like them! Welcome aboard Ronny!

Cheers Frank, really nice of you to say!
Lovely film Steve. Don't remember ever seeing the River Coe that low though - it's usually a raging torrent down that stretch.
Very true Alasdair - never been to this exact spot before, but have enjoyed some swims in that river (but it would be painful at the moment!)
I love forests, that looked superb. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it Janet!
simply stunning glencoe, hard to think that there was so much blood shed here, thanks again guys
Very true Douglas - the history in that whole area is so interesting (and gruesome!)
Just as good as part 1, with some photogenic guests and amazing trails.
Thanks Philip :)
AS always a gorgeous video and terrific scenery.

Oh, that is a beautiful trail. Loved seeing the deer and great weather for it.

I believe they are for deer, but not totally sure! Thanks Susan :)
