Thank you for the video. These dates are a bit confusing. In practice, if someone with a 20 years old child applies now for a backlogged visa, and gets the visa approved in a few months, will this child be protected until having the visa available, even after the approval and regardless how long it takes?
Example, if applying to an EB2-NIW in Jun/2023 with Final Action date Feb/22 and Filing date Dec/22, suppose visa approved in Dec/23, will the child be protected if becoming 21 on May/24 until having the visa available and waiting NVC calls?
