The important part to notice is not only the last prophet was illiterate, also all his companions and people around him were illiterate before during and after his prophetic mission as far as I have knowledge in this issue, there should be no doubt that he could have learned or heard about previous prophets and their believers topics events and concerns.

1️⃣ The Prophecy in Isaiah 7:14 ("Immanuel")
You quoted Isaiah 7:14:
"Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel (God with us)."
First, the name Immanuel means "God with us" in a metaphorical sense, just as many biblical names carry spiritual meanings. For example:
Elijah (Eli-Yah) means "My God is Yahweh," but Elijah himself was not God.
Gabriel (Gibra-El) means "Mighty man of God," yet he was an angel, not God.
