Ingredients pan size 18cm
Egg whites 6
Caster sugar 140g ( if you want sweet you can used 150g)
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Egg yolks 6
All purpose flour 140g
Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
Milk 45g
Oil 25g
Preheat oven 150 degree bake in 50 to 55 minutes
Whipped cream frosting
Whipping cream 500g
Icing sugar 40g
Sugar syrup
45g sugar
85g hot water
