I am so sorry to admit this but every time I see this episode,I get mad.It shows Quinton with his then mistress Jessica.He turns around to face Nola.If looks could kill Nola would have thrown a dagger through his heart.This story as far as I'm concern never happened,it is not recognized by Quola.
@thia912002 It's so out of character for the Quinton we know to have behaved in such a low manner. Whoever wrote this didn't know the characters properly.
@QuolaFan1 Yes,that's true,very very true.They were hurt by the news as well.Lisa and both Maeve had some unforgettable scenes with him and that would evoke tears as well.
I have an idea about how to reverse this very bad version of Nola and Quint but I could use some advice on my thoughts if anyone out there is willing. I watched GL from the 70s to after Quint and Nola were married. I joined the Army before the Christmas show so missed all of that. Caught the part where they left town and well that was pretty much it for me. I caught some of the 95-97 stuff and was so disappointed. I've been trying to think of how we could rewrite this, where Nola comes back alone, and we have this very harsh version of Quint which is totally out of character. I have an idea. I want to know who would like to hear it and get yay/nay opinions. I'm just not a writer so HELP!!!!
Feeling nostalgic. Wanted to write a tribute to Michael and Lisa so I wrote an alternative ending for their cherished love story. If you are still interested I will post it on Watt Pad.
I don't know what Watt Pad is but I would enjoy a new idea. Are you aware our Dear Michael passed away last September 28. Cause of death has not been made public, just says he died after an illness. I'm heartbroken. He is an always will be my favorite maie actor. Lisa and Michael will always be together for me.
@@LoveSnoopy1962 Yes I knew. I share your heartbreak. They both were incredible. I believe he was a beautiful person both inside and out. Lisa was enormously talented. It was a great loss. But we were blessed to have them together as Nola and Quint. Wattpad is a free website where anyone can read, write and post their stories online. @QuolaFan1 He did and I know whenever that story is mentioned,he still fondly remembers how much he enjoyed working with as he called him"Bill".William Roerick was like a father figure to him on the show as well as a friend and Michael treasured the friendship they had.If anyone has a rare copy of the funeral/wake footage somewhere,look at Quinton's eyes,they get tears as he talks about Henry.Those were Michael's real emotions coming to the surface.
@thia912002 I agree completely. The only way I can begin to accept it, and believe me I can't, is to say that somehow, as a Star Trek fan, is that it was a "mirror universe" storyline. But they could have done everything so much better then they did. It's even an insult to Bill Rorerick, an actor who Michael had alot of respect for in real life.
