sometimes i wonder if these people understands football at all... you have the back 4 that can't break first line of press with a good pass! all Walker, Stone, Guehi, Tripper does is pass the ball to themselves or some 2 metres pass to the defensive line when they are almost duplicating the pressing lines! they can't move the ball faster, they can't take any risk when it comes to progressive play, Bellingham was frustrated because when he stays in the pocket, the back line are scared to make that pass and you all want Saka, Bellingham to do magic!.. Denmark destroyed England possession wise because they choose their passes well and played well in the pocket! they said the back 4 played well because they always has highest number of touches without playing progressive football

Doesn't take a brain surgeon to work that out england are one dimensional he needs a threat coming from the other side to give space for saka to do something on the other, it's crazy how easy football is and how hard we make it.
Saka left back, Bellingham 8, foden 10, palmer right Gordon left (if shaw was fit he starts) maino is wicked but hes on my bench.
Southgate's arrogance will cause us to crash out badly.
The system by Southgate is completely wrong. There's no balance in the team because of his selection. He should pair Bellingham and Rice, put Foden at the 10 and let's see what he'll do, and Gordon on the left. Saka on the right. Southgate is messing with the flow.
Stans been smart recently. Gareth cud be Sir Alf 2.0 if he makes subs earlier & also starts with fresher legs v/s the Swiss. Keep praying 4 a 3 🦁 cup win to aid Gareth to make good decisions like Sir Alf & 4 pur boys to get fitter & pass quicker. I think GS will learn from this narrow win & improve.
He now knows that Foden & Trippier must be dropped as starters & used as impact subs.
We gotta start with Trent & Saka as wingbacks. Palmer cud be the new Sir G.Hurst & Gordon cud be the new M.Peters & Trent cud make passes to our attackers like Bobby Moore did to Hurst in the final.
We’ve had absolutely nothing down the left all tournament and Gordon had 5 minutes ????
It hasn’t worked for foden neither on the left
343?
If anyone from the wing should be benched it’s foden but they don’t like talking like that
Gomez LB and Trent RB
sometimes i wonder if these people understands football at all... you have the back 4 that can't break first line of press with a good pass! all Walker, Stone, Guehi, Tripper does is pass the ball to themselves or some 2 metres pass to the defensive line when they are almost duplicating the pressing lines! they can't move the ball faster, they can't take any risk when it comes to progressive play, Bellingham was frustrated because when he stays in the pocket, the back line are scared to make that pass and you all want Saka, Bellingham to do magic!.. Denmark destroyed England possession wise because they choose their passes well and played well in the pocket! they said the back 4 played well because they always has highest number of touches without playing progressive football
So stan wants to drop the best player Mainoo?
The definition of madness is doing the same thing time and time again and expecting a different outcome. Southgate will not change the line up apart from Konsa . When we get beat in this competition which we will I hope we get stuffed not because I’m not patriotic it’s what his management deserves
Left or right won’t make much difference for saka the difference is when palmer goes on the right he causes problems by thinking forward and thinking quicker he knows what he’s going to do before he does it.and eze needs to be more involved feed kane he scores simple
So in conclusion you want Saka on the right and Eze on the left. Palmer looked good as a number 8 though. Something to consider
Thinking forward? He gets to go up against tiring legs and all he did was lump hopeful balls into the box cos we were getting desperate. This is all a Southgate issue, trying to put all the sparkly names on the teamsheet regardless of their form, chemistry and positional strengths and weaknesses
@@andyhook8952 lumping balls into the box is surely bread and butter for wide players right? Yes, they can cut in and have a crack but surely getting down the wing and sticking balls into the 18yd box should be part of their game?
@@robbailie5878 there’s a difference between getting down the byline and whipping a cross in like Saka did for the first goal of the tourney and just floating balls in from 30 yards out with the whole Slovakian team back defending. Besides Saka hasn’t been able to even do that as Kane has been absent from upfront and foden and Bellingham have been fighting over the same space for majority of the games
What thinking forward,he got lost after five minutes the last match
Mainoo was Englands best and you want to drop him. Drop Saka, Kane and Bellingham
what do you really expect from Southgate (headless chicken couldn't manage a KFC)
If that hasn't worked for Saka, then what has EVER worked for Foden?? Mentioned everyone but him, i see! Wonder why!!!
Ps.. yes, Saka has been poor, don't get me wrong.
No Saka is obviously not the right player on the right, it should be Palmer and Southgate should know this !
You mean in the position he plays for his club? He plays wide right at Arsenal 😂😂
Play a back 5
Jude is a better player than Gazza.
Southgate is devoid of ideas and he doesn't listen to advice he is just not good enough
Where Is that strange lisp that he had last week
What do you know collymore
Stan talks common sense but if you think Southgate is gonna change his defensive style of football you're living in cloud Cuckoo land!! He'll make one forced change because Guehi is banned and that'll be it. We'll be out of the competition on Saturday.....simples.
Saka is lazy… produced zero in 5 games fact! He has not earn his place in the QF to play in the attacking role. There are better in form players sitting on the bench.
The Greek team that won the tournament in the past was not as good as this Swiss team so anything is possible. 🤷
he’s defo a team player old stan just ask his ex girlfriends
The left wing is non existent yet the right is the problem 😂😂😂.
The English backline is ready to be assaulted..
No original thought, y’all really running with this sht huh? 😂
Saka is all sizzle, no steak. If Palmer starts on the right in his place we are favourites. Not taking another LB was a huge mistake.
Saka would be more effective if we played on the entire pitch but with no left side, everyone can move across and makes it nearly impossible to break down
Nah. Sakaz great but....he is pretty tired
I don't know if Collymore is wearing earrings or not. I'm so confused.
Switzerland must be licking their lips becuz they know they've extracted gold..They know they'll have absolute fun with Engl@nd..
Lucky lucky Switzerland..gets a free pass to the semis
Stan was this before or after you were beating up women
Collymore looks different... his teeth don’t look natural.
Saka plays one good game in 3 for Arsenal so I am not surprised by his form for England.
Star man is useless
