I just built a pole barn. My house is on a well. Can I T off my line to my house an run a line straight to my pole barn? Will I have low water pressure? Will I have to put another pressure tank in the pole barn? Or do I have to run a line to my pressure tank then run it back to my pole barn? THANKS

What condition would I expect to have if there was too much air pressure put in my tank? I now have 2psi below the cut in pressure.

I have good water pressure downstairs but the pressure is too low upstairs. If the dishwasher or sprinklers are on I get very little water pressure for the shower upstairs. Will adjusting the pressure switch screw help?

I put a video on you tube and my pressure tank sounds hollow from top to bottom is the tank bad or is the pressure switch bad .I had my well pump replaced 2 years ago and my well is 400 ft in the ground and I sure do not want to replace that again

I have a well that has been sitting capped for years since connecting to city water. Don't think anything has/had ever been done to it. It is capped off with well head and all of the old tank, pump relay, pressure switch wiring stuff that was recently dug out of the ground. I want to put a new system to it...I don't know what I'm doing...ha. I want to get a pressure tank, the tee needed, the pressure switch etc... my question is that there is 220v power wire that runs to the pump, and I would think the pressure switch would be 110v...is that correct? If so, how does that work or do I have to get a 220v pressure switch as well. Or run a 110v line to one side of the pressure switch and then have 220 coming out the other side...possible? confused. Tks for any answers and or good site recommendations for not only the tank/tee install but associated wiring for system too. Tks

+gandl2123 HI. Thank you for your question regarding your pump system. We recommend that you get a water systems specialist to check the leakage to ground on the wires going down the well to the submersible pump before proceeding with the repair. The pressure switch is designed for 220; and, because the system is a 220v, 3-wire, submersible pump system, the wires must be on the correct terminals between the control box, pressure switch, and breaker box. It is very possible that the system may work again, but the safest way to get it in service is to have an experienced pump technician check it and put the new parts on for the first time.
