Videos like these are always a reminder to me at just how powerful a small and simple airgun can be. Most people when I show them one they just think it's and oversized kids toy. I wish they had this in .30cal. Looks like the largest caliber they have is .25 or 357.
Update: I am fully aware that 357 is the same in some respects as 9mm. It's even written on their website as such. But when a persons says 9mm other people tend to assume you're referring to 9x19mm parabellum so I opted to say 357 instead. The intention of my comment was to say that their pellet sizes were either too small or too big for my preferences. I wish they had .30 cal as an intermediate size. It is on your back that has used a scuba divers compressor to put 2 to 3000 pounds per square inch pressure in that tank, now you can actually push a 50 caliber projectile with an exploded band no gun powder needed, and with those kind of pressures it will shoot for a very long time and rip through anything you can fire it at

@@Dark_Knight_USA spring-powered air rifle is a rifle that compresses air immediately after pulling the trigger. You cock the rifle by using a lever (usually the barrel) to compress a spring behind a piston, and when you shoot the spring releases, pushing the piston and the compressed air shoots the pellet out. They were very common before gas-piston air rifles and are still common today since they're probably the cheapest to produce. Also often the least powerful.

Go to a gun store and find the reloading primers. For shotguns. They fit perfectly on the tips of lead pellets. Explode on impact. You could hollow out a little lead and fill with gun powder. Fraction of the price.

Air gun not airsoft , the difference is airgun uses compressed air with a specific pellet made of metal like the ones at the beginning minus the orange tipped explosive and are mostly made to kill vermin like rats squirrels lizards and any small game , airsoft uses tiny round plastic pellets. But yea airsoft hurts but not as much as a airgun pellet would...

with one of those goofy older crossman or Daisy pump rifles what you do is you take a muzzleloader primer.. fill that up with candle wax so there's a little bit of overflow so when you stick it in the barrel.. there's just enough to seal it up in there.. wipe it clean.. lock it up and fire and THAT was my favorite thing to do for a little while there lol..

I can attest to a normal pointed pellet killing a squirl. I shot one yesterday that had been tearing up all my window screens for some reason, it was on a tree broadside to me about 50 yards, i snuck outside and aimed up quick and pop, it ran up the tree and immediately fell down to the ground. I hit it in the chest and it penetrated. I was surprised a little how well it worked. One of these exploding ones would have definitely done some worse damage to it lol probably pretty bad.
