That was a great video and very informative of the Krabi province. I've been these and it's really the most beautiful area of Thailand and I'm planning on returning in October with family to show them. I loved the part of Hong Island's inland lagoon, it's #1 on my October agenda. Thank you much.
Tah, all places you showed of and around Krabi are beautiful! The water's color is amazing. As an retired school based Occupational Therapist, I loved Jimmy interacting with the little boy (super cute kid) and the kids dancing to raise money for local schools. Great video! You should travel throughout the U.S. on a budget showing Tah the diversity of the land and culture.

Great video! I'm in Krabi now. It's my favorite destination in southern Thailand, and I much prefer it to Phuket. The limestone mountain scenery around Krabi is mind-blowing. A place within easy reach of Krabi that I recommend is the Tab Kak Hang Nak trail with its famous overhang where everyone has their photo taken. I might check out Bamboo Island,, as I've been to Ko Phi Phi already.

Koh Phi Phi Don is where I was heading when I made my trip through Krabi! Unfortunately Maya Bay was closed to tourists when I went, and will be closed during this next trip as well. It was one of the main reasons I went, for the beautiful island tours!

Philippines is beautiful !! Just like in Thailand, some part of the country is less managed in terms of trash, and some are really clean !:D
Hmmm. Interesting. I've lived in Thailand for the better part of 15 years now but frequently visit the Philippines. IMHO the average beach in the Philippines is much cleaner and more fun. Let me repeat, I said "average". Infinitely more variety of beaches as well. For snorkling/diving Thailand not even close.
Robert Lloyd okay but I think the fact that the local beach here in Philippines is clean because it is not too crowded and touristy unlike Thailand. I agree we have many great beaches here and I am proud of it. But in terms of well disciplined citizen and cleanliness, I say Thai people is more disciplined than Filipino. Filipinos here just throw away plastic and garbage everywhere especially in public places cause our local governments don't put trash can in public places.
You are right that fewer tourists is still a benefit to the Philippines but that is unfortunately changing rapidly. I have to disagree with you on one thing, however. Thais are every bit as bad as Filipinos at throwing trash everywhere. Near impossible to find a trash can here also, even in Bangkok.
Robert Lloyd okay I believe you since you said that you lived in Thailand for fifteen years. Now I know that Thais and Filipinos have the same kind of bad behavior. And yeah tourist are a benefits to the locals here but too much tourist is not good. We would like to preserve our natural environments here in Philippines so it's okay for us to have a less tourist.

That's really interesting point you raised up ! we will do the extensive break down on cost in Krabi later ! thank you for the idea hahah by the way Krabi is pretty cheap when it is in krabi town but around Ao nang it is expensive ! For food on average in krabi town it is like 1 - 2 dollars accommodation, house with 2 bedrooms and pool you see in video is 800 dollars / month !
Wow, I was almost regretting shelling out for flights twice to do a trip through Krabi rather than Phuket. Now I've just got to figure out how to get the best deal on transport for from Ao Nang to to the pool and hot spring!
You can also rent motorbike and go there by yourself ! It is fun !:)

Seen Pai is the place but for me solo would not be able to get to v remote things suggested on some vlogs as would tire after 4 hours on a moped driving lol .just not practical.. went to Krabi in 80s and will definitely go back now you have shown me beautiful places ..... on some other vlogs people were moaning yes really... what is there not to love ...thanks again for your very positive views snd making me now do confident as you have shown all practicalities of tripxxx. how do you get underwater fish shot please
