Ain't no way in hell that's Louisiana. For starters the water would be the color of chocolate milk from the Mississippi River dumping into the gulf. And the only "hills" are a few salt domes and shell mounds from ancient giant mound builders. But I wish! My mom had to drive me to Pensacola FL. about every day to try and surf those wannabe waves. After some winter cold fronts pushed through and the wind switched offshore and glassed out there were some really great waves. ( for the panhandle ) I just didn't care for all the bullsharks cruising the weed line at the second break😮

For those who can’t figure it out Colton valley Louisiana is near Shreveport about 5 hrs away from the Gulf of Mexico. Nowhere in the video does it state that this is Louisiana or the Gulf of Mexico.
huh? I have personally BEEN to places like that in the GOM, just because you havent, and dont know about them, doesnt mean they dont exist. do you think the gulf coast of the gulf of mexico ends at the texas/mexico border?@@nobodylistenstoturtle
My first look at the video Louisiana? are there cliffs in Louisiana? I guess offshore winds can happen there? The one guy surfs well the other not so much. Does the Gulf of Mexico have consistent swells.
I hide the locations so that I can go back thee location make no sense, Cotton Valley is in North Louisiana. Most of the Texas location are in central Texas

Impressive 15 or so wave set. First waves I've ever seen in the great America state of Louisiana.
Cotton valley is 300 miles from coast. I hide surf locations so I can go back. I tell the surfers there where to find them

Except for the title where it says Cotton Valley, Louisiana.
anyone who thinks there are hills like that anywhere on the gulf coast should go back to 8th grade map class.
plenty of places with hills and cliffs in the gulf coast, you just dont know.

Only surfable waves in Louisiana are behind shrimp boats or crew boats on the bayou.
Cotton Valley is about 300 miles from the coast makes as much sense as does Cedar City Utah
