When Sunday says “Tell me I’m wrong” in this scene, other languages include some variant of “Tell me I’m wrong, *follower of Enigmata.”*
This aligns with the new loading screen for Gallagher, which says he’s an Enigmata Pathstrider. I have no clue how something this big got past the translators.

Honestly, I don‘t think ANYONE excepted Gallagher to be the big plot twist here. Gallagher has been my favorite character ever since I first heard about him. I expected him to be a chill bartender who helps us throughout the story but I DID NOT EXPECT THAT ENDING! It shocked me to see that Gallagher was the plot twist here but honestly, I ended up loving him even more now.

See, im now at another point of doubt. Is Gallagher really the final antagonist? It would be fair to conclude it, as he is an amalgamation of the family members in the form of a pathstrider of the Enigmata, which really does suit their style. Still, its not like Sunday was all clean either. Bro still did almost try to kill Aventurine, and he is quite paranoid and obsessed with control. Besides, i don't believe what Gallagher said about his story of Mikhail the watchmaker was all false either.

Calling it now, the reason he said he was "Thirteen" and why he called Sunday his "Brother" is because he was still playing the role of having a trait from each family member. He said "Thirteen" to represent Misha and said "Brother" to Sunday as a trait he took from Robin.

Genuinely a great quest, I’m just really interested in how gallagher connects to the death meme. His motivations for going against the family are already laid out, wanting to clear the watchmakers name and figure out who actually did what the watchmaker was accused of to earn disdain from the family. I’m excited to see how it’ll all wrap up.
Perhaps Sunday didn't die, it doesn't seem to be Gallagher's intent to kill him but rather he's just trying to prove a point after realizing Sunday already found him out. Just my theory but I guess he'll show him that getting stabbed by the meme doesn't mean death. I didn't see Robin get killed by it, it's only a story and Firefly's "death" from it is also staged.
It's just Gallagher wants to send all characters back to reality because everyone is obsessed with dream. Maybe he wants to just prove that no one can escape death and dreamscape can also have death so that everyone leaves dreamscape and go back to reality
i think this is the outcome sunday wanted. think about it, he is one of the four family heads so ofc he knows no one can truly die in dreams if even aventurine figured it out. since he knew he cannot die, what could he have hoped to achieve by confronting gallagher like this? i think it's a covert way for him to find his sister in the "real penacony" since he is restricted from outwardly doing anything by the other family heads.

We do know now that the english didn't translate well and that he is also with the Enigmata, but its also not like Sunday was all clean. Sunday did almost kill Aventurine, and does seem pretty control freak and paranoid against threats

I think Gallagher could be a meme or something himself. Sunday said he collected a piece of each 52 members. Which each member is listed on the "suspect" list he has in his office. Maybe he collects pieces of them by using the death meme. As people pointed out the "Thirteen" was capitalized. So he could have said his true name or position in something. Which 13 is associated with death. I cant remember where, but there was also a note or something mentioning shadows. Which the death came from sunday's shadows. I wish i remembered where.
It's definitely Misha, every other character we know their angle at this point, either it's Gallagher and Misha or there is no Gallagher and that's just a disguise for Misha, Misha was called "captain" by clocky, has a very clock based design, can stop time, let you into the dream in the first place, his pocket watch turns into clockie, his 4 star lc shows him being given what might be the legacy and the text supports that, stating the item is very important, mikhail was the original, Misha is the current, he knows mikhail cause of the cutscene where it shows him saying his name, as for why he's doing it, probably cause of that stuff Gallagher was saying at the park, how the family basically screwed them over, so he's doing what his grandpa was, also Gallagher saying he was 13 maybe cause Misha might be 13 but that's a guess

This story is so peak yet so confusing
This reveal made me wish I paid more attention to the list of suspects in Sunday's office when Welt and Acheron go there. I think that was supposed to be the major clue considering it described the 52 family members that were considered suspicious. The same 52 that Gallagher supposedly takes different traits from, and I think Acheron caught onto that when she was reading through it. I did try to read through it myself but there was so much text I ended up just kinda skimming it.
Also thinking about it now, if Gallagher was supposed to have been around for a long time, then how come whenever we ask the Bloodhound guards about him they never seem to know who we're talking about?

Considering that he's an Enigmata Pathstrider, what if he meant that his IDENTITY as Gallagher was 13 years old at the time of the question, and he had a different identity before this?
What if he's a member of The Riddlers - who are already known to be masters of disguise - and his task was to sow discord within Xipe-protected planet Penacony?
He'd have needed to bide his time and compile all sorts of information about The Family to blend in, and adjust his disguise accordingly to make him seem as trustworthy as possible. Hence why he took the traits of 52 people deemed "loyal" to the family and added them into his disguise.
But he wouldn't have expected that the leader of the Oak Family, Sunday, was this paranoid and meticulous. Which is why his ruse fell off in the end.

Gallagher did jebait us, NGL. But I kinda knew he wouldn't be the real problem: Whatever secrets or sussy stuff Sunday had a hand in didn't stop ringing at the back of my head.
But to think the memetic "Death" was "Dormancy" and was also Gallagher's pet to fetch people to the Dreamflux, a Dreamscape of Exiles... I honestly didn't see coming.

It would be fair to conclude it, as he is an amalgamation of the family members in the form of a pathstrider of the Enigmata, which really does suit their style. Still, its not like Sunday was all clean either. Bro still did almost try to kill Aventurine, and he is quite paranoid and obsessed with control. So Gallagher "killed" Robin probably pushing her to where Aventurine went to. Then Sunday used Death meme to hunt people that he found suspicious. That's how I see it atleast. Sunday's shadow grew when death meme appeared, so Sunday could've been killed by it but I'm thinking Sunday is controlling it. Gallagher also caused the missing people reports Sunday was looking into, Acheron and Welt mentioned that it didn't seem that Sunday was looking into the Death meme but into a murderer, who we now know is Gallagher.
