A new luxury Integral Motorhomr Rapido C86i, a family camper model 2024.

- A narrow street? Many campers experience acute stress from this. That is why Rapido is launching a compact integral camper. The Rapido C86i is only 2.17 meters wide.
At the same time as the Rapido C86i, the French camper brand launched another compact integral camper for the 2023 season, the C55i. The difference in the campers is partly in the length and the beds. The C86i is 6.99 meters long and has a queen bed. The C55i has a length of 6.72 meters and is equipped with single beds.
The feeling of space is retained in the Rapido C86i
Compared to the other integral campers, which are 2.35 meters wide, the Rapido C86i is considerably shorter. The difference is 18 centimeters. It is obvious to think that the interior must have shrunk considerably. Yet the brand has managed to maintain the feeling of interior space, despite the limited dimensions. “No concessions to comfort!”, Rapido claims. To enhance the feeling of space, the French opt for a face-to-face layout with the sofas opposite each other. These benches can be quickly converted into two approved seats. The panoramic roof provides plenty of light.

Following the example of the entire camper, the kitchen is also compact. The worktop - with extension on the side and lighting at the bottom - has room for a two-burner stove and a large sink, both with their own glass cover. The drawers have integrated handles and a soft-close closure. The window is surrounded by a sheet of plexiglass containing an integrated spice rack and 12-volt and 220-volt sockets. On the other side is the Dometic 149 liter compressor refrigerator. The bathroom is located in the middle of the Rapido C86i. The shower and toilet with sink are placed opposite each other. By closing the doors to the sleeping area and living area, a large bathroom is created.

Sleeping is done in the queen bed at the back of the camper, which measures 1.96 x 1.40 meters. The bed base can be partially folded up to gain access to the garage. This model has a height-adjustable bed at an additional cost. A fold-down bed above the seating group is also optional and available.

Ja jan. Daar blijf ik ook bij. Probleem van vandaag de dag is dat alles licht moet zijn om onder de 3500 kilo te blijven. En licht is niet altijd betere kwaliteit.
