Even though I know that it is necessary to use impact frames to make the scene more dynamic and fluid, the result was still a little strange and bad to be honest. They could try to think of other types of breakdowns, after all, the breakdown gives infinite possibilities for more impactful movements than twisting the character's head 90 degrees to launch a power, which, despite being interesting, is still bizarre and egonizing.
Man, I wouldn't have even seen that frame without you pointing it out... I guess it's like smearing, in a way. Exaggerate the movement to highlight the impact of a movement. Anyway, until you've spewed fire from your mouth, how can you judge what kind of neck motion it requires?!
So happy you didn't left last question unanswered or with a "it's subjective" response lol.... shit is very good indeed.
hope this blows up again
I love the example of it looking bad. That's exactly what I wanted to show to people who complained about that frame
What an infamous frame that is. Love your videos, keep up the great work.
Can't make a glowstick glow without breaking it!
I'd say that one frame from the Pain fight is more controversial!
I'll have a video about that one too :))
Thank you! So many people used this as an example of how "bad" the animation was. In reality, it's an example of how great the animation is!!!
Short, sweet, to the point, love it ❤
Um no, even without frame by frame i' can see how breaking his neck and unnatrual movement
Do animators ever just crack up while drawing inbetweens or is it nothing to them?
I think they're pretty serious about it tbh, "even something like this can work!"
Oh! That's a really cool tip! Thank you!
i am confused , did something happen to the old channel ?
Decided to have AAA on its own dedicated channel, so I'm re-editing and re-uploading them!
*Solid drawing left the chat

because spewing water is a thing and i assume it's not that different from each other
@@yourikieboom1219 what? "spewing water is a thing" do you mean spitting? How can you suggest that it's similar to fire-breathing?
Good idea poor execution imo
Still disagree though. The point of why to animate this way is clear, but the goofiness of the frame is still too noticeable and jarring.

Still pretty bad tho. There's much better ways to animate the so called impact. What you call weak is still better as a matter of fact.
