How to work with my video lessons? At first watch it and repeat all Russian sentences out loud and record yourself to check your pronunciation. After watching put down all sentences you can remember. Watch the video again in 5-6 hours and correct the mistakes in your sentences if you have any. Do the homework that I usually give at the end of each lesson. Watch the video again in 2 days and make your own examples with the patterns used.
If something is not 100% clear, don't hesitate to ask anything in the comments. Thank you for watching.

But now I see you’re in Portugal where I hope you can safely speak your mind and carry on instructing in your open and enthusiastic manner. I love some of the funny things you say (… well, it may be strange, but it’s just an example…). Just know that your students all over the world are thinking about you and want you to help us learn one of the most beautiful (but grammatically dense) languages in the world. @@Alfia Please let me know sometime your impressions of “Dr. Zhivago”. Several years ago I was determined to read the novel in English translation. I found the story disjointed and confusing. I don’t think it translated very well-maybe the words did, but the subtext didn’t.

Even the soldiers themselves cannot understand why they are being forced to do these terrible things. When the Soviet Union fell, we hoped for a better future. We hoped for democracy. We hoped for prosperity. We hoped for peace. Instead, the mafia and Putin took over Russia. There was prosperity for a while, but now that is being destroyed by the sanctions. Blame the Russian people? How about blame the USA? Look, I know you want to be non-political, but there is no avoiding it. At least Putin is standing up to the West. Biden and Blinken et al are meglomaniacs who want to control the world. Like Oppenheimer said, Now I am become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds. That is the USA, and, by default, the West. USA tried to destroy Vietnam, Korea, China, Russia, Libya, Chile,Iraq, Afganistan, Nicaragua, etc. Add in the British colonies if your want. Hundreds of million dead. And now they want to destroy Russia, and China, and, sadly, Ukraine is used as a proxy to do this. Ukranians, most Americans (my neighbors and relatives) don't give a sh#t about the fact that hundreds of thousands of you have died. I am a 65 yr old American who knows his country--an Empire of Lies that wants to destroy Palestine, Russia, China, and any possible competitor. If you don't see this you are naive. You are lucky to have Putin (and Xi) to stand up to the US, this UGLY Western abhorration of a country that puts its major rival (not some puny CIA backed politician like Navalny) Trump into jail. You love Russia? Then you must reject the West, who sees you as inferior, tries to cancel you, sees you as a piece of real estate or natural resources to exploit. Look at Palestine. This is what America does. You had better support your SMO. If it fails, you die, becoming a colony of America. Imagine Crocus magnified by 1000x. Why would Russians flee to Israel when Putin launched the CMO? What a joke. Israel is committing genocide, and you leave Mother Russia for that? You think you can't speak out against war in Russia, oh, boo hoo, here in America we cannot speak out against Israel, against people who want to allow little kids change their gender, about the military industrial complex, or, if we do speak out, we are canceled. We can only vote for a uni-party Military Industrial Complex that destroys other societies. Life's great here, we just destroy other countries. It's what we do. I love Russia: people, culture, language. The West wants to destroy you. No leaders are perfect. The West is much more corrupt than you can ever imagine--I know, I live here. Putin at least gives you a shot at avoiding our fate....

Thanks Sergio. It's impossible to stay indifferent. On the weekend we talked about that with my friend from the US. He said absolutely the same, even though there were (and there are!) so many conflicts on the planet, this one is somehow ... so horrible, so irrational, so surrealistic.

Здесь, в Польше, мы много помогаем, организуем сбор продуктов, денег, одежды, принимаем людей, которые бегут в наши дома. Помогают все: школы, рабочие места, церкви и, прежде всего, обычные люди.
Есть много людей, которые даже принимают брошенных животных. Говорят, что мы принимаем полмиллиона беженцев, и их будет еще больше.
Надеюсь, этот кошмар быстро пройдет....

Я только что нашёл ваш канал и етот видео когда искал "русский язык С1". Я очень рад слышать о ваше отношение к текущим соббытиям. Это все очень страшно, я везде вижу столько ненавист на ютюбе и соцсетах между украинцами/западцами и россиянами. На западе мы просто хотим что это война прикратилось и чтобы мы все можем жить в спокойстве. Это будет здорова если запад может помериться и подружиться с Россией но понятно что уже почти 100 лет рууские етого не хотели. ну будущее не написано, может что и получится.

Когда я был ребенком, это была холодная война. Мы спрятались под партами потому что боялись, что советский союз нас разбомбит. Мы вернулись.
Это невероятно. Столько лет прошло, и все люди хотят спокойно жить, работать, путешествовать, растить детей, общаться, дружить. Но есть люди, которые против.

Война не по вашей вине... вы обычный человек, смотрящий в ужасе... Россия только что разбомбила детскую больницу в Мариуполе на глазах у всего мира... Режим может попытаться скрыть это от своего народа но не остальной мир. Вы ничего не можете сделать, кроме как плакать и чувствовать боль. Это не вина русского языка или большинства людей, которые не поддерживают такое варварство... но сейчас есть холодная реальность... У русских есть выбор... свергнуть Путина или столкнуться с тем же будущим, что и Северная Корея. ..Вот этого я и боюсь. Желаем удачи и оставайтесь в безопасности. 🙏
Сейчас огромное количество людей уезжает из России. И я боюсь, что те, кто выбирают остаться, не планируют свергать власть. Что ждёт мою бедную страну? У меня нет ответа. Но Вы абсолютно правы, мы сами выбираем свою судьбу. Так или иначе. Спасибо Вам.
