I can't decide what I love more....the recipes, the cooking demo, the stories, or the singing. I love them ALL!!! And especially your beautiful sweet soul, Gina.
I loved watching Gina today. I lost my mom this year and I miss her so much especially at Christmas this first year. She would make these cookies every year ….her stories and singing made me cry.
My mom always said that when someone sings while doing something it means they are happy doing it. You can see she enjoys cooking. She’s awesome! Thank you for sharing your recipes…
I wish Ginny was my Grandma! Can she adopt me? 😁 I've fallen in love with this woman simply by watching all of her videos, she's a treasure to keep, and cherish.
Growing up my mother was decidedly not a good cook, a far better businesswoman. But I remember she had an amazing ricotta cookie recipe that she treasured and perfected over the years. She got invited to all the best cookie exchanges at Christmas time because everyone raved about them. Hadn't thought about that in a long time, thanks Gina|!
Gina sounds just like my grandmother(nonna) with her accent. Watching her gives me a warm fuzzy feeling and makes me sentimental for my grandparents who passed years ago. Gina is a treasure!
If my (1/2) Italian raised husband were still living, he would love you dearly, Grandma Gina, and all that you cook that I hadn’t mastered. Happiest of Holidays to you and your family. Thank you for bringing to us your foods and songs.💛
I own a bakery...and i have never made ricotta cookies! that will change this year..once wedding cake season slows down. Always looking for new things!! My mama hates to cook so i cook for her, too..and although we are not Italian we love italian food!!! All my grandparents passed when my parents were still children, so i never had any. Grandma Gina is what i imagine when i wish for that grandparent i never had!! Thank you Gina and family for putting these videos out!
🥰 love when grandma sings while cooking. Thanks for this recipe. I will definitely make these cookies for my grandbabies for Christmas.. I wish you lots of health and blessings. ❤🙏🏼
I wish I can meet her before I leave this earth. Just wish to have a hug that's all. Love her and miss my own Mom. This is why I watch her, she sounds like Mom and works clean lol. Love you so so much God Bless.
I make these every year for Christmas and Easter. We call them cloud cookies in my house. Your grandma is blessed. Reminds me of my mom, except Polish. 😊❤🎉
Nani Gina is amazing she makes my day and those recipes are fabulous BUT the singing is what I love I think she should cut a CD of her songs for us. No pressure Nani Gina
Anointed video! Wow! Her singing melted my heart. We are crying tears of joy & love. She truly loves Jesus! Hallelujah! Thanks so much for making and posting this video. 🙏
Nonna Gina, I love it when you grace us with your beautiful presence, and singing!🥰 Such a blessing you are to many! God be with you, Washington State USA
She sang my favorite Italian Christmas song. Tu Scendi Dalle Stelle. I could see my mother and Nona making pizzelles and singing this song. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for bringing back that memory.
Gina, I pray with my whole heart that you NEVER stop singing. What a precious tradition to hand down to your children and grandkids. I envy your family.
Gina, you bring sanity into a world gone mad. I just love watching you! God's blessings and protection for you and yours during this crazy time. See you in heaven......our ultimate destination. Peace lovely lady.
LOVE YOU! And thank you for your lovely family that supports you and makes these videos happen. We are classic fans of old skool food network back in the early 90's, no more! YOU are better than ANY of those "food celebrities"! I hope the Lord blesses you all for your kind acts of sharing recipes with the world.
I simply love the songs she sings in Italian as she cooks & bakes. So beautiful 🎶 to listen to Nona Gina's heavenly voice sing to us as she teaches us traditional dishes. ✝️ God Bless you & your family this 🎄 Christmas & always. 🙏prayers for 🕊️ 🌟
Made these for Christmas and they came out 10/10. I used lemon zest instead orange and chilled the batter for 15-20 minutes to make it a little easier for the cookie forming.
Nonna Gina made me remember the eel's for Christmas eve!! Before I born my grandparents owned a poultry store & used the chicken heads in the trap to catch them in the "swamp" behind the store. This was in Revere, Mass. In the early turn on the 20th century!! My mother would tell me stories! Im so glad I found your channel & have a little part of my family & heritage back in me again because of you! Bella Nonna, Gina ❤🙏
I noticed a couple of the videos that I have watched recently were posted recently but dated 2019. I hope that Gina and you all are doing well. Merry Christmas and may we all have a better new year. Love the videos.
I am well, thank you for thinking of me. The videos were taped last year but my son in law did not get a chance to edit them in time for Christmas. Thank you for watching. Have a great Christmas!

I LOVE watching and listening to Gina! She talks about Italian recipes and family and "speaks" Italian, which I was raised on. What a JOY to see her cook ALL the foods that I was raised with...and how I, too, make them for my family. I've learned so much from Gina! Sei Bellissima!
Italian grandma, you are such a joy. I love when you sing. I wish I could understand the Italian language to follow the words of you songs because the tune is beautiful. I also loved hearing the story of your family and parents. Please consider doing a sit down chat about your early days in Italy.
