The only thing is didn’t like about this video is that camera is held vertically, other than that it was a good unscripted video. I found myself more engaged in this 14 min video than some scripted, professionally shot review channels 👍🏼
Everything you said in the video is 100% true, I am an OLA S1 Pro owner too. And I think this is the best 2-wheeler EV out there, some manageable software glitches but software can always be made stable in future updates. I received my scooter last month on 19th MAR and today is the 15th APR not even 1 month, but I did ride it much, obviously to test it out for my needs and the excitement of owning an EV in a beautiful city like Bengaluru. I covered a 1,290 km distance so far, saved around Rs: 3,019/- on fuel, Avoided 37.4 kg of CO2, 214 km regen, and unlocked 6 achievements. One more thing people not without experience running EVs don't understand is that they don't have engine braking like vehicles with engines, they don't have an engine but a motor. Just like we do not always apply hand breaks to slow down the vehicle, we use engine breaking mostly which also improves the average; similarly, we have regen in EVs. You just have to move your throttle in the opposite direction when you want to slow down, this slows down the vehicle creates a regen and charges your battery again. I use it a lot now and made a habit of using it, please note that regen does not work until the battery percentage is below 90%.
Why a year old ola bikes looks like been through hell all tings opened up, look like a 20 year old bike, im a jawa owner and planning to get a ev for daily commute, but i feel ather is way better, cost is bit more though range i have no issue - any suggestion

Bro previous gen doesnt have hub motor ❤ it has same position as in gen 2 I am using ola s1 pro gen 1 from 7 months still didn't need to visit to showroom back ❤ aur eco pr mera scooter about 46 km/hr tak chala jaata hai ❤ I used to have hero pleasure 2019 model ola is way to good in many things like suspensions, money saver , etc. There is only 1 problem I am facing is its move os beta 4 version 😢 jab se move os 4 update aya hai tabhi se screen lag, software problems dekhne ko mil rahi hai 😢

One of the finest review & suggestion bro..bcz I also have ola gen 2 same colour. On normal mode below 60 speeed I m getting 108 km range. Definitely it's worth bcz 100 km on 1 charge it's more worth & money saving than the petrol vehicles.. But ola have to take care about small technical issues & bugs .. May be in upcoming days it will solve out

Yeah as its a software based touchscreen it does hangs out often... But yeah it can be solved be rebooting it... And it hardly takes 1 minute... And yeah it is not a big issue so i suggest togo for it

Using S1 Pro 1st gen for last 1+yrs and clocked 22k on the odometer. You can comfortably ride in normal mode like a traditional vehicle with median speed of 50-80kmph with a pillion rider and it clocks 85kms+ with 15-20% battery still remaining. The last 15% gives 20kms without a doubt as it runs on eco mode. If you need a higher range for a daily commute, no one can beat Ola S1 Pro. Now some might say, Ather also easily gives 70+ kms in ride mode(60kmph). Ola's normal mode speed is equal to Ather's sport mode speed of 80kmph and Ather doesn't give more than 55kms with pillion rider as compared to Ola's normal mode riding pattern.😂

After seeing tons of ola gen 2 and ather 450x video my mind say's go for ather ...the major problem of ola is service issues ..thats why i prefer ather...because spending little more amount then ola for ather..which is worthy instead of being bothered ...rest everybody has diffrent type of mentality...thanks for honest review bhai...❤

Using S1 Pro 1st gen for last 1+yrs and clocked 22k on the odometer. You can comfortably ride in normal mode like a traditional vehicle with median speed of 50-80kmph with a pillion rider and it clocks 85kms+ with 15-20% battery still remaining. The last 15% gives 20kms without a doubt as it runs on eco mode. If you need a higher range for a daily commute, no one can beat Ola S1 Pro. Now some might say, Ather also easily gives 70+ kms in ride mode(60kmph). Ola's normal mode speed is equal to Ather's sport mode speed of 80kmph and Ather doesn't give more than 55kms with pillion rider as compared to Ola's normal mode riding pattern.😂

Bhai mera to normal mode me jitna show krta hai utna hi chalta hai 142-43km syd jabki eco mode me 180km hai but 1km chalne par hi 2km kam ho jata hai baki normal me correct chalta hai

After seeing tons of ola gen 2 and ather 450x video my mind say's go for ather ...the major problem of ola is service issues ..thats why i prefer ather...because spending little more amount then ola for ather..which is worthy instead of being bothered ...rest everybody has diffrent type of mentality...thanks for honest review bhai...❤

@@Lifeelectrifiedonce you get a major problem in ola no one is there to help you no matter how many friends you have in ola because the mechanics here did not identify the problem they only make video of problem and send it to higher center they only tells that replace that part and this process only takes 2-3 days then if that part is not available then you have to wait only no one can help you

Haan but take range approx 100 kms only.. For start... If u will take care nd ride condition and riding style is good then u can get upto 120to 130 max..
Else it's good and value for money

nice video but i don't think except those screen issues the rest are severe problems. There should be a key too and same configuration but analogue system for low budget buyers.

Really honest review. Bro aap normal mode me kitna speed se 120km ka range nikal lete ho?? Kya isse charge karne ko earthing ki jaroorat hota hai apne Ghar me ? Aur aapka weight kitna hai??
Normal avg. speed comes out around 50 - 60

I have recently purchased Ola S1 Gen Pro 2 but milega is giving with 100 % charge only 70-75 km with double loading and with music system. Please suggest me I need complain Ola customer Care or it's real milega with this situation. Ola is claiming 195 KM but actually I am getting only 70-75 Km only with music system. Please help me viewer this is case of mine or other one facing also.
