Wtf? You could kick the bullets?! All these years and I never knew that!
Having played my way through all three Streets of Rage games, I can tell you that this person's timing is rrrridiculous. Bravo
Are you now able to revise your comment so that it now reads "all four Streets of Rage games"?
I love that Mona and Lisa are just recolored Blaze sprites. Gotta love 90s games!
Were they already Mona & Liza at that time? Black karate guys later seems to transformed into one, we now know as ShivaXD
@@nameless-channel haha you are right :) the women with whips have always been with whips
blaze tell us how you saved the city
blaze: i knee'd them in the nuts and flipped them
That Yamaha sound chip did really well for music for games like Sonic 2, Columns 3, and Streets of Rage. Gotta love the 90’s.
The fire breathers and Mona and Lisa, aside from Mr. X are two of the hardest to not take damage from while fighting. This is unreal.
Fire breather is the easiest boss ever... Grab him, knee 2x, flip over him, flip back, repeat. He won't get a chance to even breathe any flames and the thugs can't hit you.
@@theonescorpio you don't even need to do all that. Just jab him repeatedly. If you distance yourself perfectly to just barely reach him with just a jab, keep jabbing he'll inch toward you as you keep jabbing but he doesn't have any other attacks aside from that fire breath. This is a strategy I've used to beat that guy for over 20 years.
@@MarvMay You can't use that strategy from start to finish because you'd still have the other thugs coming at you from behind and fatso will eventually get his firebreath going. My technique confuses the AI as I flipped and they walk back and forth trying to get behind me. Fatso dies and every thug drops too.
@@theonescorpio I've never had that problem in any iteration or difficulty setting I've tested this in.
Good thing she did not grab and throw the fat dragon or he will fall onto her flat and incur damage.
Scientific laws: We exist and you have to respect us.
Mona & Lisa: No.
the boss music is great
I always loved how the Mr. X fight starts with the regular theme, but with some ominous changes, and then becomes entirely unique.
You make that thing with the twin sisters look easy. That part was absolutely killing me.
Immpossibe to heart them
When I try to punch lisa or mona,They catch me and frough me.
The sound of the bodies hitting the ground sounds like it hurts. SOR series is so dope. My no.1 favorite genesis games.
this is my first ever childhood game and boss no 3 of this game whenever i look him it gives me feeling of ultimate warrior
Definitely! Made me think of the Ultimate Warrior back in the early 90s and does now too
Mona & Lisa are such a pain in the ass, even on the easiest difficulty setting. How Serg managed to beat them flawlessly is beyond me
2 claw guys no damage - awesome!
@@nobodysperfect06 the 2 girls aren't that difficult if you learn the pattern but 2x freddie boss is imbalanced lol
@@AndrewTheTransformer i cant beat the black blaze twins i beat SOR2 just cause theyre not in it lol
the black blaze twins right before you reach the final boss door are the hardest hate those biotches
who else was excited for who the boss would be in stage 6 when they first played, but then found out it was 2 zamzas?
Wow, I was in awe watching that. Never thought it was possible on Mona and Lisa, and especially the final boss
This is seriously impressive, having played this game a LOT during my childhood, I can confirm that a no-damage run is next to impossible, seriously good work!
Interesting piece of trivia: Abadede, the boss in level 3 is a tribute to The Ultimate Warrior.
You are easily hands done my favorite youtuber ever.
The blonde is Axel? In my childhood always use this character, was my favorite!
all three of them are wearing gloves dont tell me this is "bare knuckle"
That music. Damn this takes me back to the genesis days
Blaze was OP as fuh back in the day
Great video! You made it look so easy
From childhood until now.it reminds me a lot of good memories
It was easy mode...I remember I was playing hardest mode and it was hard to stay alive😁
How come all the bosses are like twice the size of our heroes..??i understand the fat yoga flame guy...or even the rambo wrestler but mr x too.??
nazree muhammad the strongest bosses are the girls and they are the same as our heroes , and its so much better to have big and impressive bosses, if it wasnt the case that wouldnt have been that scary and gooooood
The pallet swap boos on the boat used to do my head in so much
Infancia! Te extraño papá! Gracias por enseñarme este juegazo!
The bosses have got proper names, not just B O O M E R.
01 Antonio
02 Souther
03 Abadede (this one is correct)
04 Bongo
05 Mona and Lisa (also correct)
06 Two southers (what did you expect?)
07 Mr.X (Obvious)
I call them 1. Australian guy 2. Wolverine 3. Boxer 4.Fat flamethower guy 5.Blaze clones 6. Two wolverines 7. Mr X. 😂 :)
Incredible, and you did all of this without calling the policeman. That's the first thing I do in a boss fight lol
The original Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle is the first and only installment to the franchise to have generic bosses as well as having less than 4 playable brawlers.
Pipe was my favorite weapon lol
In case you're wondering, when Mr X asks at the end if you want to join him, if you say yes and get dropped back to Level 6, if you have the patience to make it to Level 8 again, this time he'll skip straight to attacking you. This is even if you're playing on 2-player.
I played this game when I was 6 years old.
It's very nostalgic. 😂
Bwaaaaargh! lol
That used to always crack me up.
Best way to finish this game. You did it. This is my favourite game of my childhood :)
Nice bro! Such a difficult game, this requires discipline.
Why didn’t the two Freddy Krueger’s ever do the Matrix dodge move on you like they always did to me?
Yeah, every freaking time I try attacking them and seem to have a good shot, they pull that BS move.
@@jballs5434 you have to get to the side of them and grab them
without jumping
Amazing 🤜🥊🔥🔥🔥👍 fist 👊 bump ma dude much respect ✊ great video :)
thx excellent gameplay!
que recuerdos por dios ya me dieron ganas de volver a jugarlo en mi sega
Hearing that music again makes me want to go back to my childhood
Jogo fenomenal!!!! Perdi a conta de quantas vezes já finalizei.
When you’re in the Zone. You’re in the Zone.
That is some vibing boss theme
Jeez I hope Blaze's superior officers gave her a raise seeing as she beat hundreds of thugs to death...
My little baby is one greatest ending themes I’ve ever heard
This is one cool game to play.
I love how Mr. X totally sold that beat down 😂😂😂😂
Mona & Lisa are so much easier once you figure out you can land on your feet on the floor and one of them will always attack the other will back off makes them so predictable.
I used to really struggle against them when i was young an played this though.
you can just knee the 1st 2nd and 4th bosses twice let go and knee again.
also you can punch away the boomerang
How the hell do you managed to grapple Mona and Lisa before them grappling you? This is insane!!
Amazing ))
Streets of Rage will always be bae! 😊😊😊💯❤👍
Ah, nostalgia
Funny thing is when every boss dies, their henchmen will automatically dies.
Love the twins in green
Excellent boss music
The SÉRIE Streets of rage was best game all time. Congratulation Sega.
3:05 girls get really mad when they see someone dress like them in a party...
I miss playing this on occasions
🔥 🔥 🔥
The BGM is so good
Best of the best!!!
Love Blaze ❤❤❤
it was awesome!
Can someone explain me why the games on my emulator look so pixelated, and why they looked so smooth on the original console video output?
Respect.
Best childhood game
I love This game so much
The soundtrack is mad
Great tunes
Music boss stage nice😎
The game gear ending had a picture of axel holding blaze like a true alpha
Who was the Stage 6 boss on the Master System port that doesn't seem to be present in this game?
Jeu épique ⭐
Everyone is just watching this video from frustrating childhood memories and to see how to beat the 2 girls....
Pretty good, but not the most efficient way to dispose some of these bosses. The double claw guy was impressive though.
It had to be on the Hardest level, on the Easy or Normal level, it was there in the video.
The ending music is beautiful I still play streets of rage
It's weird how I remember all the bosses even though I played this game almost quarter of a century ago
Having played SOR all my life, timing is key, Abadede on the beach level js always tricky. Big Ben on the bridge is actually easy once you corner him as he takes a few seconds or two for his flames to come out but Mona and Lisa, my god, bravo!!
I still play this
Recuerdos😍😍😍😍
To me personally,
I find that the bosses featured in "Streets of Rage 1" are more real life and more intimidating than the other bosses featured in 2 and 3.
I keep dying on level 7
5:33 TIL you can kick the bullets from Mr. X's gun. Wow.
I was genuinely suprised.
Excelente juego
bravo
MUSYQ WAS WAYYYYYYY AHEAD OF ITS TYME !!!
Yasha and Onihime give me nightmares still nowadays. 💚
The fat fire blowing guy was in double dragon too
l played this game with my older brother a long time ago l feel sad rightnow because it was a great moment and it's gone .
wow beautiful wonderfully
You deserve a medal for beating Mona & Lisa without taking any damage!
Those sisters are hard
