Dude, i start my workout just after my Football training. I cant workout before training cuz i'd be feeling drenched during my Football training and wont be able to give my best. I actually train and workout at home, so for me it better to First train and Use almost my entire Energy, Then start Weight Workouts. And Yes before i start My football training i do some Stretches, Rotations, Strength training and Fastfoot Exercises (takes around 15-20 mins) then start my training feeling Explosive and Ready to give my best. But if you have time and you go to the gym its much better, as your Glycogen (Energy) will be full beforre your Training and Workout if you Train and workout at different time...
Michael, you could add a simple progression that not only improves Match Play touch but also adds a warm up/ fitness element. By adding 3/4 rapid back pedals after playing the ball followed by rapid steps forward to meet the return and repeat WILL improve these ‘touches’. Just a suggestion. With the luxury of another two players you could also make a ‘Receive&Play’ move by receiving from one player and turning to play to the third to repeat etc.

Good one, but "improve your technical skills at home" video is still better one for me, i also tried the "1000 Touch 1st touch and passing training" but i noticed i wasnt doing it right as their were no cones used in that video, and i used to do it wrong. But that First video i mentioned uses cones ,so thats kind of challenge by not letting the ball touch the Cones with your first touch and that makes you more focused as your every Touch should be perfect. In Those drills you also Continuously keep moving to your side, back and front as if you're actually playing Real match. I've seen over 20 Technical sessions but that one is Different. Only he can come up wih a drill so Effective..❤⚽

You do not need to go anywhere. These football drills will make u super strong if you practice them regularly for 1-2 hours. Starting from now, u will be master in football till u turn to be 16-17

Shoes is better, since you’ll have to wear shoes in matches so it’s better to replicate that environment as best as you can. Barefoot touches are still better than no touches though 🤝
Dude, i train barefoots same ....at home its all about creating that connection between your foot, mind and ball. whether you train with or without boots you touch will improve and as michael said barefoot touch is better than no touch❤⚽
