I love this video and want to build this myself, but I have a question... Where is the volume coming from? Is the MIDI port connected to a quarter inch plugged into the guitar, or where can an amp come into play?
Late reply, but someone might want to know the answer to this question still. The guitar is routed directly into the DAW through a regular quarter inch jack. You could route the guitar through an amplifier too, but you'd need to mic up the amp and feed that signal into the DAW also, as this device controls effects on the software :)
