Watching my favorite Vtuber(only one I watch) watching Videos of one of my favorite guntubers and then said guntuber commenting on Vtubers Video. Now THAT was not on my bingo card.
That VTuber camping IRL stuff was pretty impressive from the amount of editing that must be involved. It is a pretty creative way to do some stuff you normally couldn't though. Thanks for the stream, Pippa.
I was thinking: even though some scenes are clearly edited directly, can't you just film with the mocap suit on and then have the app replace with the 3d model without a green screen?
Always fun when Pippa does this type of stream; watching Pippa’s autism fight with her ADHD over how much of a video to actually get through without losing interest or getting distracted (Also did anyone else notice the “Japanese earthquake test” footage was hosted by a channel called “Bay Area Retrofit”? I just find it funny how often you’ll get a super-interesting video with millions of views hosted by a channel from some defunct company’s channel)
It's always a good idea to have some level of prep done for emergencies. It really helped when I was dealing with hurricane Helene earlier. Also would be neat to see some IRL stuff and I hope you figure out a way to make it work.
You learn a thing or two after going through natural disasters or supply chain issues. Never hurts to be prepared to some extent. Really excited about the possible new content ideas you have Pippa. Maybe learn a thing or two and give it a shot! Have a good night, and enjoy your weekend! Otsucringe!
I always love when streams combine interesting and educational topics. Having a plan B is always important, even if the issue is different than expected; plus, it can be pretty fun. The tangents were great today and made the time fly. Seeing how curious each topic made you was really entertaining. Creating IRL content is interesting, but it really seems like a lot of work and time. Even so, if you're interested, you could give it a try. Thanks for the stream, Otsucringe.
I think Pippa underestimates the level of anarchy that occurs in natural disasters. When Hurricane Andrew hit Miami, my dad was part of the army units that were deployed as part of the cleanup/relief effort. He told me a lot of the bodies they pulled out were looters, and not all of them were killed by the hurricane. He also said part of their duties were to do grocery runs for old people who couldn't leave the house on their own because they'd get robbed for their supplies and valuables. As much as I hate FEMA for how they've handled disasters in the past, you absolutely need to guard supplies and supply lines, because people aren't just looting for themselves, they're also looting to scalp - whether it's TVs or bread.
I think a good minimal amount of preparedness is a couple weeks of food and a generator, and if you live somewhere at high risk of a hurricane or an earthquake, your best bet would be to have enough money to live somewhere else for a month and try to improve your house's resistance to such events.
The show where the military guy/hood guy got scared of the bear was Alone. I think it was the second or 3rd season. He didnt even see a bear, he just saw bear poop and immediately quit. Alone is by far the best and most realistic survival show. Real people, cameras, and 10 items dropped off alone, no faking or producers, except for a weekly medical checkups and a sos button/game end. The contestants went on to run some great bushcraft youtubes.
Was a pretty neat and informative stream tonight, it's always nice to be somewhat prepared for any event that could happen. Looking at those earthquake vids was pretty nice and seeing how japan builds their buildings to help counter them. Following up with the bushcraft videos and survival vids was fun, especially remembering all of the ones I watched years ago. In the end, I always try to keep at LEAST 1-2 weeks of stuff for me and my pets, although I hope that situation never has to happen. Finding that other vtuber's videos (Azumalim) towards the end where she rides on her bike and records camping etc was pretty cool, a lot of work goes into those vids it seems with the editing etc that it had you brainstorming on how she did it. Thanks for the fun stream tonight Pippa, hope you have a great weekend and otsucringe! ~fluffles away~ Will be nice to see what could come from you learning yourself how to do this.
Seeing you get so invested in the camping vtuber Azumalin was pretty fun, her setup looks interesting and it seems she does put quite a bit of effort in. I'd also be curious to figure out her exact pipeline, so if you do find out let us know if you can!
Remember to always be prepared chat. Know your local area and get all the stuff you need while in the good times. Good luck figuring out the 3d stuff, my guess is that she’s actually a real anime woman. Sleep well everyone, goodnight. OtsuCringe
civil engineer here pippa with honourable degree in earthquake engineering and no the goldengate will not survive THE BIG ONE Edit:Also it was fun watching you geek out about earthquakes and how to build earthquake resisting structures EDit2: Pippa i have biker/vlogger friends and their helmets have inbuilt mic and honestly they sound better than my blueyeti
Lots of good info this stream especially on the reality check on what is most important to really be prepared for, Hope the camping 3d/irl thing works out it seems cool! Thank you for the streams, Otsucringe!
We WILL be prepared OH MAH GAH! It's just stuff that you have to constantly keep up on day to day while living your normal life is all, if you are lucky to live in a relatively minimal disaster area you probably WOULD be screwed if something went down but I do believe most people usually have something or other they gotta worry from naturewise so just remember those lessons bros! OTSUCRING! Thanks for the stream, see you on monday!
If the zombies can hear, then guns are even less useful, as you might kill one zombie, but then all other zombies froom hearing distance will begin to converge. Only type of ammo that has best interaction with suppressors are subsonic rounds, as loud audible clacks occur when using supersonic ammunition with a suppressor. One would be required to be very careful on what ammunition they pick up.
Thanks for a solid week of streams. I hope you make a killer fishing vtuber video. I believe that you can do it, even though it's going to be a little complicated. Having a good evening. Otsuctringe.
We really found a chest of gold at the end there didn't we? Thanks for the great stream Pippa. Otsucringe Are you truly prepared for disaster if you don't have an amount of Bush's black beans that's equal or greater than your own bodyweight?
54:00 hey now. i have a tactical spoon its just a camping spoon but it said tactical on the box and is black and cost like 3 bucks on amazon prime and says ka bar on it and thats what the marines use so you know its good even though all their gear was selected by the US federal government. seriously though. i like my tactical spoon.
pippa would make great friends with the prepper guy from Leave the World Behind 2023 movie. Fun fact this movie was funded by president obama and its about end of world cause of the kabal shutting internet down
This all sounds very interesting. Lemmie get my tactical wallet and take out my carbon fibre tactical credit card so I can buy all of my tactical gear. Aww shoot! Where are my tactical reading Oakleys?! Anyhoo, thanks Prepkin Preppa.
The thing with 'preppers' is if you have to train and practise and invest for your whole life just to survive the scenarios they imagine will happen, it might not actually be worth surviving because whats left of the world is not gonna be fun at all.
It is nothing more than responsible to have at least a month's worth (for everyone in your house) of non-perishable food kept at home. Acting as if it is weird to be prepared for a natural disasters is arrogance of the first order, pretending that you are immune from the consequences of a natural disaster because you live in a first-world country.
The Earths current magnetic field is 10-15% weaker since the last Carrington even, and continues to decline. There’s a high chance the next Carrington event will occur within the next 50 years, and with the magnetosphere’s continuing decline the next event will be devastating and absolutely will affect the global power grid. We will be sent back to the 1800’s and it will be at least 10 years before any kind of return to current conditions. Anything that relies on a circuit board will very likely be rendered useless. The next Carrington event is a very real threat that people should be at least a little prepared for.
Smart take. I believe its even an *electro*magnetic event, as air pollution has taken to levels even affecting cloud amassing to a particle level, meaning less lightnings to strike our molten iron core, if you can follow my theory.
Being featured on a vtuber channel was not on my bingo card for 2024.
Welcome to the big time
There’s actually a decent amount of crossover between gun/prepper guys and guys that like vtubers.
Watching my favorite Vtuber(only one I watch) watching Videos of one of my favorite guntubers and then said guntuber commenting on Vtubers Video. Now THAT was not on my bingo card.
>Pippa does a stream exposing P. Diddy
>Pippa is late to this stream
>This stream is all about how to survive bad situations and in the woods.
O H N O
"Live chat replay is not available for this video."😅

My mom being a "prepper" saved me. Me and my siblings survived off of food storage for 2 years after we lost our father.

100% you NEED OVER A WEEK of off grid supplies at a Min, It takes 3 days for help to even start to arrive in the best of circumstances
Ah I’m so glad you enjoyed DIY-chan. She’s a treasure.

How long will Goldengate or many other bridges even last? Most I hear already living on borrowed time.

I am thankful to have never had to live through a disaster like this, besides a little flood and water damage.
Matt Black is good cause it doesn't reflect light which doesn't mean much for most people but for military gear it won't give your position away.

Regarding the 15 minute evac - not sure if I could get all the vtuber merch out, but I sure would try.

i'll just learn how to make booze and all the preppers will come to me and trade.
Dont forget to archive your oshi and the means to play the vods back in your preparations.
Thanks for streaming,
OtsuCringe
I suggest pikka to follow channel like Azumalim, Roboco, Sora, or Omega sisters. Slowly develop the skill. 👍
Concerning meds, I can't really get extra or find a subsatite being unironically schizophrenic. Needing an every 2 weeks shot kinda rope in my bs.
Lets go boys vod is back!
Sick it's back
