From my own experience on 2 tours : The Europa2 ist not just a cruising ship - the Europe2 is really a new dimension of luxury : liberty - space - service. Liberty = no formal dress code required, business casual is fine even for dining - YOU decide ! No dining schedule, you go when you want and you choose the restaurant you want - YOU decide ! Space = even the "lowest" suite category offers already more space than on all other cruise lines do - due to max 500 passengers you'll never need to fight for your sun-lounger, and you will luckily miss crowding all over on board. Service : all crew members are dedicated to serve you best, there is no quick "sorry, not possible" as long there is any chance to arrange it. Pricing : Most probably, you will get cheaper charter pricing, but the Europe2 is worth each single cent you pay. You really get, what you pay for.
just a recommendation : I kindly asked for a Wiener Schnitzel once. And guess what happened ? Yes I got it next evening in the Yacht club restaurant :-)

This ship is a prime example of "never judge a book by its cover" you would never guess it was that nice from the outside.

There is no German Wiener Schnitzel. Wien stands for Vienna and is in Austria. Would be the same as to mix up US and Canada.
