Love this product, great for making butter and mozzarella cheese. I'm from Ohio and a local dairy bottle their milk like Mill-King does but they used glass bottles and this milk tastes so good and is very refreshing

you should try promise land milk that stuff is legit i heard they make icecream but it only local to where the milk is

@@Birdnerd1968 yup there from Floresville tx best milk hands down to me I love there chocolate milk too and there eggnog when it released on holidays

@@zroreaper but there is a major difference in the two milks, Promise Land is ultra pasteurized which means heated to a very high temp and Mill-King is a low vat, which is heated to around 108* and cooled off. Mill-King is non-homogenized so the cream is not separated. I will say that Promise Land is good but aint got nothing on Mill-King milk. And Promise Land is sold widely in the US, I lived in Ohio and it was sold there

How do they keep the non-homogenized milk from separating?

It does separate and you will end up with cream on the top on the whole milk and a little bit of cream even with the skim but just need a good shake. I buy it here and Austin and use it. Just need to drink and use it fast since it does not keep as long as the normal "store" milk from my experience.

Just as long as you know it is like non-homogenized milk from the 50s. Yeah, it definitely tastes better, but be sure and shake it and drink it quick, as you described. We are starting to get some non-homo milk here in the Midwest but some people just just won't read the labels.
