Oi Ricardo, se me permite a audácia, o termo "gerenciamento de tempo" é algo que me traz um incômodo relativamente grande. Minha visão é de que o tempo é um recurso continuo e não gerenciável. Ele passa, todos os dias, exatamente no mesmo ritmo. Queiramos ou não. E nós não recuperamos o passado, não aceleramos o tempo, enfim. Talvez em razão disso o PMI tenha ajustado em 2017 o termo Gestão do Tempo para Gestão do Cronograma. O que fazemos nesse caso é gerenciar, escolher, priorizar, as tasks que serão executadas ao longo do tempo.
