In the 90s/2000s me and my brother were listening to alot of Three 6 Mafia and Playa Fly. Playa Fly is so underrated, I'm glad DJ Squeeky and Crim Mane showed Fly some love and mentioned him because Fly music is dope as hell! Love from Decatur Ga!
gangsta blac can it be?,kingpin skinny pimp king of da playaz ball to this day are both timeless underground mid/late 90's memphis classics!they helped pave the way for the sound that you hear nation wide today.i still have both cd's in my ride right this minute!much luv and respect from chattanooga tn,love the interview keep up the good work and God bless all of y'all✌️
Wayy 2 many cats from there that are talented like skinny gangsta blac shawty pimp underground OG Gangsta Pat ska face al kapone another underground OG but alot of them deserve rispect but I get your take though
I bump all of em but why doesn't Playa G get no love, he was lighting up Memphis at the same time Fly and Skinny Pimp was. His albums were so dope that they now re-sell for over $1000 dollars, no lie
Shout out to Gangsta Pat, & Pretty Toney from Memphis....Skinny PIMP been a legend in the game, that King OF the Playaz Ball was 🔥.....Had the Memphis scene in a headlock...
Tennessee underground in the 90’s and 00’s is only rivaled by Texas and that’s saying something. I have a cd of every artist they named including themselves. Gangsta Blac’s indy joint Down South Flava was so damn real. Project Playaz Till We Die is still to this day one of the greatest down south albums EVER.
@@PatrickDennler-yg2hs Memphis' sound is definitely prevalent. Early SCREW, OG SWISHAHOUSE w/ WATTS & RON C definitely influenced though. I saw them folks turn Atlanta in the early to mid 2000's into what Houston already was and been doing. Them boys been doing mixtapes..been rapping about drug culture and designer clothes. Now they're all heading back to Houston hang out and party. BOTH cities are definitely BIG parts of the culture today in their own respective ways.
NOBODY NEEDS NOBODY will never be out of style or out of date on the internet rap game. Gangster blac and playa fly needs to just stay together and make it like ball and G when they try on their own it’s not as hard as it would be if they were going back and forth. Nobody needs nobody hasn’t even went nation wide if it ever was to really get out and played on the radio on big cities like LA NY MIAMI then it’s ov

I wished Playa Fly would have rapped on more Squeeky beats than one song. Why we never received a Playa Fly and Skinny Pimp song?
@Keep_rising_to_top..Yeah man that would of been fye if Fly flowed on more Squeeky Beats..If Im not mistaken most fly beats came from Blackout ....
@Keep_rising_to_top..Now that's a gpod question about Fly and Skinny not making songs together..
@@Adrian-xb1rx Mostly all came from Blackout.

@badbreathe5637 That maybe true, but at least we got one song out of them together courtesy of Three 6.
