Well said fam!
I'm from NC and spent all my summers in NYC. Thanks for this comment.
Three six mafia “when the smoke clears 6661 is a dope album too.
Facts
That's not even they best album
@@anthonywilliams2827 Whats there best album to you?
@@AB1B1 chapter 2
@@anthonywilliams2827 They have a lot of good ones Chapter 2 was 🔥🔥
I'm from Mississippi but both of those albums are #1 and UGK will always be in the TOP 10
UGK didn't need Jay-Z..they was already king's in the South..give them boys they props Wick
I did not know them until they was on big pimpin. Alot of others like me. Jay z made them nationwide instead of just south
@@truthman6550..thats the point..UGK brought Jay-Z to the South..a lot of cats down here wasn't up on him until Big Pimpin
Pimp c is the most sampled rapper of all time. That alone speaks volumes
Awwwwwwready knowimsayin 💯🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽@Jerryse Mitchell
Ridin Dirty is one of the greatest albums by any rap group
Both of those albums are classic!!!
Can’t deny the impact Coming Out Hard, but a better album than Riding Dirty? Calm down bro
I play that Ridin Dirty CONSISTENTLY to this day.
I think ugk said a lot of culture things like diamonds against the woods...pinky rangs...one day you here next day u gone...the youngster living that now...
n dont even know it L O L
Yes 8ball and Mjg are underrated and they are Living Legends my all time favorite
People sleep on my guys Ghetto Mafia classic southern rap tunes
Coming out hard is a classic and one of my favorites but I'm gone respectfully go with riding dirty you can't go wrong with either one
MJG’s verse on Friend or Foe is the best rap verse out there. PERIOD!!!!
8ball on break'em off
Man yall brought back so many memories...this is powerful..some ppl have never heard these southern rap albums...and they are forever classics..that have and will get you through a lot of real life situations..they speak to your soul..on the real ✊🏾..💯
Mr. Scarface aint even Scarface best album
My fave is “The World is Yours”
@@squarebiz71 I'm torn on Last of a dying breed or The Fix
Trilltalk..
I like the Fix
@@dexterwilliams443 The Fix!!
Both of those albums are embedded in my memory But "Coming out Hard"came out first 🎱 Ball and MJG Memphis,TN
Eightball & MJG....all day! My favorite group of all-time. The industrial doesn't give them the lyrical props they deserve. Bars galore.
Wicked is 1000% Right. 8 Ball & MJG. Much respect
B High is correct about Playa Fly! Wicked be losing too often for me lol
Bun B in the late 90s was a real problem. Some of the dopest verses to come out of Texas.
geto boys till death do us apart is a classic
Can't compare the 2...coming out hard & two hard to swallow can be compared,,,,top of the world & riding dirty can be compared
I totally agree 👍🏽
Agreed
I was a 12-year-old little white dude bumping pocket full of stones LEGENDARY.
Big ghetto mafia fan. B high and Wicked is a dope combo for this show 💪🏾
Wicked lost because Bhigh was naming tracks from RD ,and he was putting up other artist against those TRACKS!!! He couldn't stick to the Ball and G narrative!! GET'EM outta here!!!!💯💯💯
Ugk since 1992! Best group of all time! Best of all time! OutKast and BallMjG are tied for 2nd! But Man C’mon, they are Kings for a reason.
MJG underrated
I’m gonna say this...I’m from Tennessee and Comin’ Out Hard was a moment back in 93. It is a certified classic! Now Ridin’ Dirty is one of my favorite albums EVER. This is a hard one. I will say the production on Ridin’ Dirty is better but 8ball&MJG’s production was just as good when they got to the On Top of the World album.

Pimp C said u can use my style but u gone pay me a fee 😂 Long Live da Pimp 🎉
Y’all the perfect podcast combo, good topics, conversation and chemistry
I am riding to SuperTight and Riding Dirty as well as Coming Out Hard and On Top of the World; RETNOW
Riding dirty ain't better than in top of the world. That's the true debate
Bruh! That's a tough one. Both of them ride
@@geedot721 Exactly..
People just don't give Ball&G they credit. Once Jay -Z said UGK was his favorite group it was like Ball then never existed let alone the Geto Boys who made it all possible..
Couple that with the free pimp c to pimp c dead, and it's almost blasphemous to say Ball and G better...
When actually then cats neck and neck album wise..
I remember when Ball was considered the best in the south, challenging Brad b4 3stacks
I remember that. Them BallandG, UGK, OutKast best duos ever...no regionally exception
Riding Dirty for me all day, but they're both classics
This guy is nuts Riding Dirty is a 5 mic album with social commentary .Coming out hard has mr big and pimps and 9 millimeter boys but that’s only three hard tracks.Wicked needs to get his life together.
Don't forget Armed Robbery
Both albums are 🔥🔥 Don't downplay coming out hard either. You can ride to the whole album without skipping a song
Armed robbery, first episode, coming out hard. Hell it was only 9 or 10 tracks
They didn't give riding 5 mics either, even though we know it was classic..
Every song on coming out hard go in fam even mjg solo song is super dope and relevant up to today
