    I don’t regret my mods but I regret in the order I went. I went straight to power mods. I’m still on stock wheels and stock suspension and no body mods 😅

      Which route are you planning?… front brake setup is not a hard choice- but the rear setup is turning out to be a pain to get parts for. My MK7 git has the manual emergency brakes, so none of the new golf r rear calipers will work. And the PP rear calipers seem to not exist for purchase 🙄

    • @HaydenCroix
      @HaydenCroix  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sydemoid I plan to keep the rears stock just with an upgraded rotor and pad. The fronts I am undecided on between the PP brakes or a Macan front brake swap.

    • @sydemoid

      @@HaydenCroix I get that, I’m considering macan front calipers with mk6 golf r 345mm rotors (this works 2018+ Tiguan 340mm rotors- same as mk7 golf R’s), and if I can get mk5 r32 rear calipers and rotors… obviously the less expensive way to do the fronts would be 2018+ Tiguan rotors and calipers up front though. (We have a 2019 Tiguan also, and I’ve been tempted on leaving it on jack stands🤣🤣🤣)

    What, specifically, is the issue with lowering springs?

    • @HaydenCroix
      @HaydenCroix  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s really all down to personal preference. They can be a great option for some people on some cars, but if you are considering coil overs then go for them over springs cause you will likely still want to upgrade down the road.

    I regret a few: Borla S-type catback and charge pipe kit w/ turbo muffler delete. After installing my dp, so much NVH was introduced into the system. Charge pipes and tmd were pointless.
