I just started making my own style charms with my daughter. It’s a lot of fun, but the dust that gets into the clay is insane. How do you keep yours so clean? It seems impossible. Also the clay forms an outer skin and quickly becomes hard to mold. For example if I poke it with my finger or tool, it bounces back. It’s a curse and a blessing. I feel like there is a time limit to making the body parts I need. I’d love a more detailed video about how to fight dust, how to get a smooth clay look like yours, and maybe even mistakes you’ve made with some designs that did not turn out.😊

keep it away from the sunlight, mine cracked once when i thought it would get dry quicker under the sun. after that i kept everything in a corner in the room and they never cracked again.

Sis the cup you used to measure cornstarch is different🥲 I mean we may not find the exact same cup so may I know the measurements of that cup? I'm too scared to mess it up.. it that okay we use a cup having different measurement or is it necessary to use one with a specific measurement?
A quick Question: I tried your recepi and I thought that it turned out exactly like yours. After pulling apart, the clay was forming a tear drop shap. But for some reason the clay while drying, the flat surface just shrinks inside, and the round one flattens. Please help me to solve this issue...
Hi there…I used to make cold porcelain clay for my earring business on etsy in 2020. And the problem u addressing, it does happen. It’s very common issue dear and its annoying right%!!! What you can do is keep more width in ur clay pieces. Like if u cutting a flat square shape…instead of making it way too thin,make sure u have cut out a good amount of clay. U know what I mean. Another important step is to give space to the clay while they are drying. U can use a box like sugarcharms uses so that the air can pass through, not just for the upper surface but for the bottom surface too. Hope it helps. Good day 🎉
