I felt "daddy" was more natural than "papa" here. I've never heard someone say that have a "sugar papa". I think it works better this way.

I agree. There's also just more words for "dad" in English than there are in Japanese. Great work btw 👍

More like you're just right, I feel like it's actually way more strange for people to use the word "papa" in english speaking countries, compared to dad/daddy/pops. Meanwhile "papa" seems to be more common in non-english speaking countries, like the entirety of Latin America

@@r1ght_n0w it's always strange to refer to someone who is not your father (and probably not a father to any children) to be any variation of "father" in any language
i believe "papa" isn't used so much in Japan either beyond a certain age. it's considered childish after all.

@@pebokun how much more? i believe there are many ways to refer to a father in Japanese. not to mention, they have different dialects.

@@Kensuke0987 Off the top of my head, two more? I certainly may be missing words from some Japanese dialects though

I love how both Tsuna and Dexyuku thought Qpi's "You're used to this, aren't you?" was targeted at them.

It is a gyaru word that was made from "Katajikenai" meaning "I am grateful for this".

      No, she said 勝たんしかパパ (Katanshikapapa).
勝たんしか means something’s the best or number one and is often used in the context of idol groups. This is part of the reason they’re laughing after she says it.
