The irony though, is that Shannon - an English speaker - finds dutch "hard-to-guess and unknown".. yet she can guess romance languages instantly. 🤦♂🤦♂ Aaaah, bless the Americans for just existing. 😂
@@piotrg256 I actually thought she was speaking Afrikaans at first, because of the mix between German and English, but the French aspect really confused me.
These videos are awesome! I didn't expect she guessing Portuguese, most of the times people think it's Spanish or even French, but she was great getting the subtleties in it!
I laughed so hard with Irene, she is trying so hard to do an Argentinian accent and totally failed, and she knows it's terrible hahahhahh Irene eres lo más
She used a lot of Spanish loanwords. Most Filipinos I saw who do language challenge, really love to use Spanish loanwords. I always want to see someone who can speak full tagalog with lesser loanwords as possible.

Yes!! I'd totally watch that. Like comparing Filipino to Spanish speakers, cultural similarities, etc. Maybe a video about the different Philippine languages too
Flemish or Walloon actually, but obviously they're referring to the Flemish language. It is a complicated language, but if you're familiar with French or German, you might learn it more quickly. Oh yeah and we have a small German-speaking part in the country as well@@MMF1674
Dutch and Tagalog should be easy to guess. the first is kinda like German but then clearly not German whereas the second sounds totally different from Spanish but with some Spanish loanwords.
Shannon & the Brazilian girl are so beautiful! 🥰 How do y’all find so many beautiful girls, I swear there’s something in the water in South Korea, I gotta move there but I’m broke

Irene could have used another language like Catalan to confuse Shannon for instance.
Since Shannon does know Spanish.

old tagalog words are rarely spoken in the Philippines unless you're doing poetry or something.

Honestly Brazilian Portuguese is pretty easy, just like Spanish and English

Fácil? Hahaha você que pensa! Português do Brasil não é tão fácil como você imagina. Não é fácil nem para mim, que sou Brasileiro.
Portuguese is much harder than Spanish though, especially the phonetic.
