@1babacan no, the style of sandwich they made in hamburg used sliced bread. buns weren't used to make hamburgers until the immigrants moved to america, then they used buns. before, in hamburg, it was just a hot sandwich with what they called steak tartare, which is just ground beef. it wasn't a hamburger like we see today until they got to america. go research it.
