He received no less teasing than any other politician, he knew what he'd face, he was quite the man to show and stand against it. Remember not to feel insulted only when the joke is on you or yours. That is just as discriminating.👍😁 Namaste

"More and more of our imports come from overseas" is a perfectly reasonable thing to say, though. Do these people not realise there are other countries on the two American continents besides the US? Besides, Bush isn't an idiot. He's got degree from both Yale and Harvard. He played the public like a fiddle with that act. Go look at some recent interviews with him. You'll find he doesn't talk like a rube now that he doesn't have to.
Lol, just because a statesman has a degree doesn't mean he's not a dumbass... Edit: And yes, he still comes of like a rube if he has to construct his own ideas.
T3t4nu5 Ever hear of the "gentleman's C," or D. If you pay enough you can get a degree from any school. Look at Trump! Coincidentally, that is currently being illustrated in the courts with celebs who were caught bribing with millions of dollars. (Normally, the money goes to an alumni fund or a new college building, not into the pockets of middle people.)
Clinton described him as the most incurious man he ever met. He may not be actually stupid but he is certainly ignorant and selfish. He is ignorant because he is intellectually lazy. And certainly immoral. There was absolutely no reason to invade Iraq, thereby destroying its infrastructure, police force, and government. Deaths of at least 100,000 Americans and over a million Iraqis. Destrution of the political structure of Iraq enabled the develop ment of ISIS. A thoroughly bad man who is a fine example of how being a so-called Christian doesnt make you a good person. And anyone with his family money can get into Yale. And harvard.
Poor old Charles, nice guy xxx RIP
Charles and Germaine in the same room… how wonderful! Thanks, BH.
Sad to watch these knowing what the future will bring.

Charles took the ribbing well. The Bush and Gore statement was excellent!!
Poor Charles Kennedy. His treatment in later episodes was shameful. Rest in Peace.
*_He was a decent man which cannot be said of some other politicians . . . . such as Baroness Thatcher, for example._*

I wonder what these 5 and for that matter everyone else in the U.K. are saying now in 2022 about fuel prices. Not just the U.K., But globally.
Charles Kennedy won't be saying much
It's all Bush and Gore - bit like Channel 5 really...
Who knew the Republicans would be able to find a candidate stupider than Bush.
as the saying goes, ''there's always someone worse off than you.'' what could possibly come next?
Even in 2022 some people still believe the myth about the penguins.
Germaine Greer was making the rounds, last week she was on Room 101, this week it's Higgy. as the celeb-go-round goes.....

T3t4: define "imports".
Can anyone please explain to me where exactly IMPORTS are meant to come from if not from overseas?
