Hi guys. Keep your apartment, you cannot go wrong on real estate. There are still good people that you can rent to without the headache. Just make sure that you have a rental agreement in place so they MUST read agreed and signed. One of the clause that I always include in my tenant/ home owner agreement is. I even said to myself would it have gone so well if I was keeping all the proceeds to myself?
