As a signatory and member of UN Security Council, China must respect the UNCLOS, the freedom of livelihood and navigation and implement the UN tribunal ruling,, to prevent the further escalation of conflicts and instability in the WPS and SCS. If violence and war broke out in WPS and SCS, china is the one that must be held the full responsibilty, liability and accountability for continuous defiance, bullying, assertions, militarization, intrusions, illegal occupation, destruction of marine life and environment, theats, aggressions, suppressions, repressions and provocative moves against the Philippine's and neighboring country's legal, geopolitical, historical, sovereign rights and territorial integrity.

The USA help in the Philippines is very helpful. The china agressive conduct in small country like Philippines forced the country to ask help for strong military country like USA.
