I learned awhile back if you need to know if your oil is ready, wait for it to move. Give it a moment more and it’s ready to go! Thanks for sharing. This looks awesome!
Looks good - I always add more veggies too! Fresh broccoli, carrots and of course can’t forget onions. I do all my veggies on high to get them tender but keep them crisp. I actually pull them out once I am ready to cook the meat so they stay on the crisper side and don’t get too done. I have added in water chestnuts as well. My moms bff was Japanese and she always adds a small amount of sugar to all stir fry’s - no more than a teaspoon
That’s a good option to do the corn starch. I have only done it with baking soda over beef then add water and leave for 15 minutes then rinse. I think I will try your way next time.
Nothing easier than raw packed poultry for canning. And sooo tasty. Thanks for the tutorial Lynda!
What a flavor profile! We don’t consume a ton of meat, either. Add the ginger and mushrooms? Yes, please!
I have to try that "velvet" technique next time I make a stir fry. It looks tasty.
