My name is Caitlin and I’m a REALTOR® in Nashville, Tennessee. I specialize in helping out of state newcomers find their new happy haven in Nashville. As a transplant myself, I totally understand the stresses that come along with trying to find a new home in a new city. That’s why I love to come along beside transplants and help guide them through finding the perfect fit for them. When I’m “off the clock” I love spending time with my three dogs, sitting on the back porch listening to music and enjoying a good glass of red wine. I love college football [GO VOLS!], finding ways to lift others up and watching reruns of The Office or Friends. [Don’t be surprised if you hear a Friends reference from me - I’m pretty sure there is one for almost everything in life!]

As someone who has lived in nollensville since 2012 I agree with this all, it’s crazy to see some of her shots of it knowing I’ve passed those spots hundreds or maybe thousands of times

We loved Franklin but felt as though it was a bit busy for us. People recommended Nolensville but we didn’t have too much time to explore it. We made the mistake of going during rush hour and we didn’t get a small town vibe🤔. We are looking for an acre lot within 20 minutes to Franklin so we can enjoy the cute shops and restaurants. Our budget is around 500,000. Is this doable in this area? We have young kids and so we ideally want a large lot with neighbors near. Honestly my favorite area was Leipers Fork...then I looked at the prices🥴 feeling discouraged after our vacation there!

Prices everywhere in Williamson county has gone thru the roof and over asking.

@@heathergoodman8239 yeah, we are starting to look by Chattanooga now. We are escaping California for something different, not the same...It was a very beautiful area though😞

I landed in Arrington, just down the road from Nolensville. We moved here from So Cal. There is nothing around 500,000 for miles around here, though. Sorry.

Horrible traffic in Nolensville, two lane highways, nondescript subdivisions....
