i bought this stock because i think MSFT or SAP will buy this company soon at 20 USD per share because of this there is pressure on price for now. Super opportunity for this year.
Thanks for this Daniel. I was waiting for your take. I have been an investor of this for sometime now. One number is to keep an eye on is the recurring revenue. What had me excited about this business was once it was locked in with a company/business and showed its worth how would ‘said business then do without it. This state seems intact as the ARR is at %112 last time I checked. Keep updating on this one as it could be a great growth story.
I opened a position. Ready to add more if it goes lower.
Someone is buying them the timing is right. Microsoft would definitely benefit from buying them at this price.
The problem that RPA as a class of software has is that it's reason for being is as a quick and dirty fix to what should (and one day will) be automated properly through APIs or possibly AI screen grabs as Daniel mentions or some other scalable and adaptable technique. From what I have seen, it's the finance teams or non technical middle management that reach for RPA as a solution in large companies with legacy systems that people are scared to touch/change. Developers who know better would not recommend RPA as a long term solution. It's like disk defrag back in DOS days. Great at the time, but a dead end market in the long run.
RPA isn’t here to go away, as a person with Automation experience I know that banking sector is going to benefit greatly with recent AI boom. RPA is ready to use software that isn’t clunky with little to no documentation this means it’s easier to maintain. This has huge business benefit than relying talent that will change companies for a better offer. RPA is much like cloud it has its uses and cost benefits. But very little people care about or use it properly due to upfront cost. UI path should adopt a freemium model with little upfront cost before competitors can catchup.
I own it but no way I would double down on it we’ll see what happens
RPA and/or Process Orchestration has been around for years, but there's still so much head room for enterprises uptake. The issue is marketing/awareness. The AI will take over this space soon is all hype. It might one day, but far in the horizon maybe.
Yes, be careful. Listen to call. Bought back too much stock at 22 average. Whoops
Same here
Looking at it a quarter later, the company gave a rather pessimistic outlook earlier. It has raised the outlook now.
As others have said, long term rpa should go away. But i think that will take a long time. My fear is that someone will figure out how to use llms to replace rpa, or make it more efficient. Of course uipath might be the ones to do that. But i think its a risk
Starting with 1000 shares
Time for INMD update?
I don’t think RPA is an advantageous place to be long term. It’s primary market demand is contingent on antiquated technologies with no APIs to support integrations.
That is a very interesting take!
Just my take being in the PaaS world. Heavily used in regulated industries for now as they tend to have legacy on prem stacks, but as the cloud continues to take over and as we use more digital forms in the next 20 years there’s no reason to not just use an API to move data around.
@@pcmman10 agrree. Seeing more and more companies moving away from RPA build not that long ago…
Thanks
Read my mind. Just wanted this stock
"How low can it go"
Thanks ☺️
Great video thanks..
Glad you enjoyed it!
terrible CFO dumping his stocks all the time. This guy need to go with the CEO to...
I think he just sells a fraction of what he owns for his personal needs. Really, a few hundred thousand is not that much compared to several hundred million.
third!!
Bullish
I have a feeling this company will go banktrupt, should see couple quarters if they can remain profitable
did you read the balance sheet?
@@jasons4076 I know they are doing ok now, just talking about future trend
Would take years to do that with balance sheet
What balance sheet are you looking at bankrupt in a couple quarters you have no idea what you are talking about

Something tells me you have never been an executive. We are given Millions in stock and can buy more with our 401k.
Usually that's enough of an investment. We actually have to be very careful about buying stock due to insider training regulations.
We are in fact not allowed to trade our company stock months before earnings and a month after.

Uipath is a glorified macro recorder, disrupted by AI chatbots generating scripts that can act directly on the data.
That is where it excels but it is also using AI to generate workflows which means they can benefit greatly from AI. If they integrate it properly you just have to prompt to create a workflow. This will significantly improve the Automation timelines which less dependency on skill of Automation engineers to maintain code.
