    Hi Rick,
Beautiful looking worms 🪱 and Castings 💩
I like using my NutraBullit to speed up the decomposition process.
    Great job 👍

Thank you Peggy! I let my brother borrow my magic bullet blender and I’m not sure where the cup for blending got to. I have some others I believe so I will have to try and incorporate the magic bullet some more.

That 5 day checkin was impressive...I think you can add a lot more food in your feedings if you wanted!! Very cool to see that the basin was void of any worms! Your VermiHut is running well!! Excellent video Rick!!🪱🪱🪱

Thanks Patrick! I need to remember to add more water to the lower level with some check ins.

Great update. I like the spacers. I have always wondered why the manufacturer doesn’t have tabs for this.

Thanks Joe! That would be something if they could design it within the tray or make little spacer for their systems.

Hey Rick, your worms were on fire with that juice pulp! I'm trying to remember to add my avocado pits to the food processor when I blend food so the worms eat them faster. That old feeding tray looks in really good shape.

I normally don’t have that many avocados 🥑 but if I did that sounds like a great way to break them down faster. Thanks Sandra. About a month or 2 and it should be good to harvest again. I’m not really in need of castings at the moment. 😁🪱

I used to blend a lot of foods I fed to my worms, it was gone in a heartbeat.
Have a new idea! Why not use your new toy, shred up some leaves, soak for a week or two and use that for bedding?
I would add some castings to add a bit of biology, I think in a tower system it would be awesome.
Your tower system is really cranking, beautiful castings are on their way.
    Stay well my friend!!!!

Haha, I just did something very similar for the natural bedding bin. I did a harvest yesterday and added a bunch of fresh leaves that I soaked in rain water and mosquito bits. You’re one week ahead of me 😂 Thanks for all of the advice and ideas, I appreciate it. 😁👍🪱
