13:45 the entire Metropolitan gateline, other than the Wide Aisle Gates (formerly would’ve been manual gates), at Baker Street still uses these exact units! The Bakerloo gateline, also shown in this video, still does as well.

I'm gateline for the overground, i'm surprised that not alot has changed since this video was made. Maybe just oyster cards and alot more commuters.

I work in a London terminal for national rail on gateline, how inconvenient it was to take a jammed ticket out those days compared to now. It only takes 1 key lock lift the lid and wind it through and done in less than 5 seconds! Unfortunately they’re still as unreliable, at least a few gates I reset a shift.

For some reason I had a recurring nightmare as a kid in the 80s about getting stuck in the automatic gates. Those weird dreams where its an infinity white room with just one gate in the "centre".

As someone based at Baker Street (Selbie House) British Transport Police, I can tell you from the old cops, a lot has changed since this was made, in fact, British Transport Police have gone back to this time. Those on the Underground will know what I mean. Just... Er.. Put me claws away.

+David Lay Looks like a standard 4 x 3 ratio stretched to wide screen 16 x 9 Sadly very common. Good video's spoiled by lack of understanding of ratio's.
