Hi very good video. I have all the things installed except the vaccum breaker
1. From where can we buy vaccum breaker
2. This question relates to the fact that my regeneration is at 2. A.M and it's based on 10000 litres or 15 days
However if I want to regenerate and do the whole process let's say at any point of time then how should I go about it? Any short key or do I have to change the settings? And then reset once again for 2.A.M
No need to change any settings. Just press Up and Down key simultaneously for 5 Seconds to unlock. Then Press the second key from left one time and system will go into regeneration mode. After finishing the regeneration it ll come back to service mode and retain all the settings that is in it as of now.

Can you please let me know the answer for following queries.
1) what should be the pump head or hp for the regeneration process while using the treated water from the over head tank?
2) How to make sure that the main water pump from the sump should not start during the regeneration process since at that time the multi port valve will be in regeneration position?
Size of Regeneration Pump depends on Softeners size. If MPV is 1 inch or less, use 0.5 HP Pump. If it is 1.5 or 2 Inch, use 1 HP Pump.
The main water pump can or cannot start during regeneration. It is not a problem actually. Since during regeneration, all water is put on drains. However for safety, you can setup time of Regeneration on MPV to less frequent time when there is less possibility for someone to start the main pump like in midnight.

1).The Mpv is 25NB. Vessel size is 10/54 with 50 liter resin.
2) The main pump in the sump is connected with the auto level controller and hence when the water level in OHT drops just below the sensor, that will put ON the pump and at that time if the regeneration cycle is ON, then there will be excess pressure in the main line.
Hence please suggest how to avoid this situation.
@@appsaccount-iw4dd There are actually 2 Solutions here.
If your MPV has BFT Function, You can remove the regeneration pump here in such case. Whenever MPV goes on regeneration mode and tank level falls below preset, the sump motor will be Switched on by Sensors and after complete regeneration only the water will flow into oht.
Secondly, of the sump motor is not more than 1 HP, you need not to worry about this situation. The pressure might be more but usually the FRP Tanks and this MPV can bear upto 4 kg pressure.
