How to make Nom Pong Ansong - របៀបធ្វើនំពងអន្សង

Nom Pong Ansong "Egg of Water Monitor" is a Cambodian snack. You can find it at fresh market. The outer part is a little sweet and the filling made from mung bean and it tastes a little salty.
Ingredients:
* Mung bean fillings
1cup [250g] Dried Mung beans
1cup [250ml] Coconut milk
1cup [250ml] Water
4Tbsp [60g] Palm sugar
1/2tsp Salt
2Tbsp Chopped Green onions
* Dough
3cup [400g] Glutinous rice flour
6Tbsp [50g] Rice flour
7Tbsp [105g] Sugar
1 1/2 cup [370ml] Coconut milk
or Water
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Baking powder
* Caramel sugar
1cup [250g] Sugar
1/2cup [120ml] Water
