be nice if you could plug into router and tell you if you have a good connection and tell you hardwired speed test if doing network faceplates extensions etc?

I bought this and 2 months later the PROBE is not making a sound when testing /tracing cables anymore. Any ideas why ? There is a MUTE button but it does not seem to UNMUTE. Is there any way to reset the probe ?

Hi mate. When I click connect to WiFi my unit makes a weird sound and crashed back to home page. Also doesn’t show up available wifi near me. Do I need the antennas up to locate WiFi?
I was able to use this tool one time. The next time I tried to use it I get the triplett screen and then a blank screen. This was a very expensive tool. Customer support never calls me back. Really wish someone could help me getting this thing working again.
Would be great if it could discover cameras on a network vir the WIFI, only likes to discovery cameras when hardwired into the same network. Running Firmware Version V0198. Tester says there is a new version of V1982, when I go to download it shows an error!! Very frustrating!

hi, great tool. I own the A82 model. I wanted to ask you something, on my instrument I have some problem to display the HDMI signal from external sources, the unsupported video message appears on the screen. if I use my laptop, for example, I can easily send the video stream to the HDMI input of the instrument. By any chance you have encountered the same problem ?? Hope I can get help. Congratulations on the video and thank you very much.
This often happens, some HDMI signals just can't be supported. In fact, this small monitor is only used to test cctv equipment like NVR....DVR....
It's a bit weird to watch TV on it .

I've spent good money getting properly qualified in CCTV to level 3 and 4. To many people wake up one day and think I'll be a CCTV engineer from now on! In fair it usually shows in their poor design and it's the customer which ends up paying for something sub standard.

Just received one of these (not from you guys as you don't ship out of UK) and I must say it's the biggest piece of garbage I have ever put my hands on. Will only view ONVIF, touchscreen is absolutely horrible to use, can't manually set WiFi access point IP address. Will search and find camera's but unless it's ONVIF your screwed. Web view doesn't work at all and the list goes on....... Not happy with this product and will be sending it straight back to the supplier.
are you sure it’s from the same manufacturer as there are several that make them using same casing but have different functions? Is it NEON?
I use it for 16 months, on firmware v189 i have only one problem, reboots. but 2 week ago i update it to v0198, and this is my biggest mistake. now onvif not work like before. if you connect to the network with lot of cams (10+ cam), show me 1 or 2 ... without access. i try to find some support, but nothing. how to rollback, i dotn know. now i cant use it its pice of garbage... :(
