For the benefit, some games must activate the codes after entering the game so that there are no problems running the game. What happened to me with the Resident Evil Outbreak game is that when I activate the code before entering the game, the game does not work and a malfunction occurs, but when I activate the codes inside after starting the game, the codes are activated for me without problems. Thanks to the channel owner for the clear explanation.

Yes, it appears to me that the code is working, but it is not applied in the game. The game was Resident Evil Outbreak. Is this due to the new update for the lawyer or a problem with the game itself?

I did *everything* step by step and the cheats for San Andrea's are showing up in the cheat list, I enable them with check marks, load the game, and not one cheat is active even though it says in the top left corner "One patch active........14 cheats active". NOTHING on the list is working. If someone could explain what I'm doing wrong, please explain it like I'm 5 because I am not a tech bro in any way. I just like playing games and browsing TH-cam. I do not program or code and never have.
It could be that the codes are outdated/not working anymore, i saw that there's at least 3 cheats that do the same thing in there. So try using different a code for the cheat you want to use and test it again.

The person that made the mod when download; the file can not be extracted it gives an error. 4 hours for that hahaha.
So I tried doing this with Gran Turismo 4, I took the all licenses and disable rev limiter cheat. have them in the right folder and enabled in the properties. Start up the game and it shows all of the PS2 stuff but the screen stays black instead of loading the game. Is their any help for this or anyone else who has run into something like this?
I've added a cheat on gow 2005 and after having used it i disabled it. After restarting the emulator the cheat is still on even though the menù says that it's turned off. Even after deleting the file from the cheats folder the game still has the cheat on. How is that possible?
One more thing, if I have downloaded master code, must be on, and infinite gold, for example, should I re-tick the first two above again if I want to download a new code (let's say, infinite HP), or just the new code only?
I had a "disc" in my library when I updated to version 2, and when I opened it in the emulator, it was one of those old school bootleg cheat discs that had all the cheats for 1100 in it. I used it for one game, and then the disc disappeared. Idk if I accidentally deleted it or what, but that's why I'm here lol if anyone knows what the disc is called pls let me know because it saves a bunch of time instead of looking for all these pnach files. Plus, the cheats menu doesn't pop up anymore, so I might just reinstall pcsx2.

If "File Name Extensions" are enabled then yes. If not then no, just the CRC code of the game. Since it isn't working for you try removing the .pnach

Does the 60FPS PNCH. counts as a Cheat? or is it under a different folder.
Yes, some games already have it under the Patches tab on settings, but if you find one it works as a cheat

Don't know why it's so complicated. Why can't there be a master code cheat list for all games, in one file and you pick what cheats you want.
Just download the code breaker it's only 3mb compressed and works flawlessly
