Hey darlings! Let me know what experiences you have with Vestiaire Collective - have you ever bought something from them or sold your designer handbags with them? Xx
I bought boots that were listed as never worn. They came in the mail and SURPRISE they’re used! Not letting me sending them back even though that I contacted them two hours after receiving them. They are scammers please watch out
@@giotakanli1117 It can easily take a couple of months to sell your bags on Vestiaire Collective. That's ok if you have a certain price in mind. If you want to sell your bags quicker, you can always think about reducing the price - I hope that helps!! 🤗❤ Xx
I've heard so many mixed review stories about Vestiaire. I've bought two bags from there so far and luckily they came as expected. I also tried to buy another two but the bags didn't pass the authenticity check which is somewhat reassuring although of course disappointing. The one thing I would say is that their customer service isn't particularly good when you have a question or a problem which is probably the only thing letting down that platform.
Oh wow - that's reassuring indeed! 😊❤ This is the first time I've heard from someone saying certain bags haven't made it through the authentication process. Thanks for sharing your experience with us - I just received a new bag from them in the mail yesterday and I was lucky this time too 😉❤ Xx
I've actually received the bag in the mail yesterday and the unboxing video is up now 😊 I couldn't be happier with the bag this time - she's absolutely stunning (and just like you said even more so in person) 😄💖 Xx
My experience buying from VC has so far been very good. I appreciate that they ask what country you want to buy from. So if you are based in Europe, for example, you can specify that you only want to see items offered from European sellers. That saves you import taxes and high shipping rates. My most recent purchase was from a seller who noted "from a non-smoking household without pets." I found her very considerate to mention that.
That's really nice indeed! 😊❤ My last two experiences buying from VC have luckily been better too! I'm gonna reveal the latest bag I bought from them on Friday. Thank you so much for watching and sharing your experiences with us 😊❤ Stay safe Xx
VC is amazing when finding good deals, and no website can beat the variety of items that are offered there. But yeah, sometimes we're just 'unlucky' (probably 5% of my purchases were not as expected)...
I sold several bags on VC and like you said they are very reliable! I always received my payments on time and I feel it's an easy and carefree way of selling Xx
They charge too much commissions from the sellers and authentication fees used to be included with the sale price, but they have now charge buyers for this service and delivery charge. However, it seems a bit safer than buying something from eBay .
I completely agree - even though they have reduced their commission fee, it's still too much. Wherever I can I always try to sell my bags privately before listing them on VC but with the reduced commission they are still a better option than many pre-loved shops 😊❤ Xx
Romina Rose MayIt may sound Funny, but I would prefer to sell my stuffs of eBay when they do like £1 commission fees every now and again and I buy pre-love from Vestiaire. The fact is that I know I am selling authentic goods so it’s better for me not to pay too much commissions :)

I have a very bad experience as a buyer because whenever I pay, the sellers either change their mind after they confirm the item is available and then just lie about why they cancel later, or even remove their account, and then I have to wait for the refund and stress about it, at this point I don't know if I would buy again it's so disappointing...too many people posting there just to see if there would be a buyer :/..maybe it's better to buy from professionals or only people with many sold items I don't know...
My experiences with VC were pretty mixed, too. I think I've bought five bags over them and only received two because either the seller took the bag off the site AFTER they had already accepted my offer and everything or VC canceled the purchase themselves because the seller wasn't shipping fast enough (I think they've got a 5 day rule). The other two times I once received an awesome bag that was just as described on the site and once I got a tiny micro bag that can't even fit my phone because the measurements on the site were off. Can't do anything besides selling it myself now but I definitely won't get my money back.
Vestiaire is my favorite preowned website. Even though the duties are high for US customers, I prefer Vestiaire over Fashionphile all the time. Glad you enjoyed it! Xx
I just received my first item but it is fake and looked completely trashed!!! I'm so disappointed.
Hi there!! 🥰 If you bought the item from a professional seller just return it immediately. If you bought it from a private seller contact VC - if it's fake they are obligated to take it back. I hope that helps!! 😊❤ Xx
Very well executed video, detailed and also sectioned properly. References and photos etc
Typish Deutsch! They are irresponsible and people have issues with them too. It’s easy to say that you have like 90% good experience but it just takes that one time to drive you crazy.
VC lost me @ 50%
They have actually reduced their commission fee but it's still too much indeed 🤷🏼♀️❤ Xx
😂🤣u so funny
