I’ve decided as of today I wanna quit kratom for good. It’s gonna be a rough ride I bet but I want to learn how to cope with my back pain and pain in general with healthier skills and better lifestyle other than drinking some green sludge that just works temporarily. In already prescribed trazodone for sleep issues and depression & surprisingly it helps- least at the end of the day. It better than popping a melatonin gummy or tablet bc sometimes that will make me feel groggy next day. But the trazodone has helped me sleep a little more soundly.
