    Maybe this was all a big misunderstanding, and he meant to say he ate 550kg of egg yolks to win Germanys strongest man.

      The yoke-yolk similarity did cross my mind but I resisted the temptation to include footage of an egg & spoon race.
      He broke a record 2yrs into veganism. So what? It could be argued that 3yrs later, V finished him. Within the strongman sport, he's very.. unremarkable.. to all but the V folk.

      Babs is fairly well educated but, as a strongman, he's unremarkable. Retired in 2016 but still the only strongman to whom the V folk refer.

    Hearing him speak surprises me.

      When he talks he seems smart. I don't like his sports.
      I have a young guy in my playlists who calls himself Mischa Janiec. Because I've listened to him more often, some month ago..

      .. I had to develop a thesis.
      Because Mischa Janiec looks very healthy and muscular, intelligent and approachable.
      Regarding vegan nutrition. Vegan is harmful to us because of the numerous antinutrients. There are at least 8 antinutrients in a plant-based dish. Phytate, trypsin inhibitors, goitrogens, oxalate, hydrogen cyanide, cholesterol lowering agents /sometimes very bad, lectins of various types - agglutinin, gluten... salicylates, coumarins, mustard oils.
      And the scary phytoestrogens?!
      This all kills feeding insects and animals...

    • @perfektessteak-now
      @perfektessteak-now 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      .. My theory is that if you consume protein as a drink, you can avoid all the antinutrients. You eat artificially and without fun, hmm a drink😋... but this makes a vegan diet work longer and better?
      I know another health apostle, not vegan, but also full of protein drinks, it really seems to be a possibility.
      Mischa Janiec also swallows all of Niko Rittenau’s capsules:
      ✔ With vegan vitamin D3
      ✔ Vitamin K2 in a highly bioavailable MK-7 All-Trans form
      ✔ Iron, zinc and calcium in a highly bioavailable bisglycinate compound
      ✔ Vitamin B12 as an MHA formula
      ✔ Iodine and selenium for a healthy thyroid
      ✔ Including the often neglected nutrients Vitamin A & B2
      ✔ Choline 100% as pure CDP-Choline (Citicoline)
      + Omega-3 precursors.
      Patrik Baboumian lives in Germany, he definitely knows Niko Rittenau.
      Side effects?
      It's worth a try? 😉

      5th comment here/04.02.2024😊
      Mischa Janiec refuses to call himself a vegan/ as like as Niko Rittenau does... now 👍

      @@perfektessteak-now Found MJ. Mar 2023: 'That's why I'm no longer vegan! After 8 years, I now have to clarify a few things and want to explain to you why I no longer want to call myself a "vegan", even though I continue to eat a vegan diet.'
      He seems more of a "life coach".. to whoever needs one.🙄

    Didn't he retire because his diet caused him such massive injuries he couldn't lift anymore?
    Also why in the hell do they think that appealing to the insecure men wanting to be manly is a good marketing strategy? Like do they want all vegans to be insecure incels?
    The math doesn't add up at all.

    • @Unmasking_Viandalisme
      @Unmasking_Viandalisme  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      B-man supposedly went veggie at 26, vegan at 32, set his yoke-walk records at 34 & retired injured at 37.
      It adds up if you use vegan math(s), whereby you start with the solution you want & work out a problem which kinda fits. It helps if you're willing to accept the principle of 'Meh.. that's close enough.'🤓
      V propaganda seems targeted at the lowest hanging fruit. It takes a fair amount of cynicism to con people into being.. ethical.

      His injury has nothing to do with his diet, is pretty common injure yourself in this kind of competition. Are you already entered in a gym or any martial arts place? Why you thing he is targeting insecure man? He is targeting people that thing that vegan people cannot be strong without meat/egg/milk. This is way before incel pop out in the internet. Looks like a robot account trying to throw a random comment and demoralize Patrik.

      Axtually yes, your diet has a majkr impact on how fast you recover, if youre body isnt fetting the nutrients required to recover quickly you have a higher risk of injuring yourself. ....but i dont expect some dipshit vegan to be able to think that far ahead @hectorvido

    • @hectorvido
      @hectorvido 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@paulleonard7038 yes, but only if you lack nutrients and a vegan diet doesn't mean that, you surely know. You can eat everything and still have injuries from a lot of reasons, low absorption, hormone problems, lack of nutrients, etc. Most of people are not vegan, and a lot of people in gyms and etc have injuries. It is common, people when face a vegan that know things, start to attack the person instead the ideas. That means you know what is right, and this is good.

    No record it was not a contest and he dropped it no 10 meters you did not pas go do not collect 200 dollars and the weights where not certified. Total grifter.

      I accept your points & his effort never had official recognition as a world record. Even if the weight was legit, 2013 was was only 2 years into veganism, which had been preceded by 32 years of non-vegan diets. His story isn't a 'game changer'.
