二人份量 For two people
瑞士芝士400克 - 400g of Swiss Cheese
蒜1個 - 1 clove of garlic
白酒1杯 - 1 cup of white wine
粟粉2茶匙 - 2 tsp of cornstarch
Kirsch酒/白酒1/4杯 - 1/4cup of Kirsch or white wine
豆蔻粉小量 - A pinch of ground nutmeg
牛至1茶匙 - 1tsp of oregano

好巧,上周末也做了芝士火锅给孩子们,如果没有芝士炉的朋友,可以用个大圆形面包来代替,把面包顶部切开,面包心取出,底部要小心不要挖穿了,放进烤箱烤让面包更加结实,再把芝士液倒进去,吃完后,还可以把面包切成小块,放进牛奶加些肉桂粉和糖,一起煮着吃,喜欢芝士还可以再加些:-)
