You're missing out on the antique dishwear and other antique glass items. Great for e-bay usually sells quickly. Also, it is easier to ship than most of the stuff you buy.
I'd suggest going to the used book store and buy a few books on antique glassware. Storage units will usually have some of these items. You are missing the boat on a lot of this stuff and tossing a lot of history. Keep at it you may be surprised.
I hope you go back through because you over looked so many things this time, the white pitcher/bowl set, there was a lot of vintage sewing and embroidery things, the brass candle sticks are really worth lots and the glass items you were pulling out were vintage including the pear dishes.🥰 Thanks for sharing ☺️I think there’s a lot more than $250😉
Well, I’m still watching and waiting for my Christmas surprise! This is always so relaxing for me though. I don’t have to bend over to look for treasures! Thanks for all your hard work!
American Tourister luggage is worth some. It was the thing to buy back in the 70s. Enjoyed this and I I believe you will make your money back on this unit.
This unit is turning out to be pretty awesome!! Lol I was typing antique roadshow as y’all both said it LOL!!
Blessings from TN❤
i know right!!!
@@beardedthriftmachine Thank you Jesus! So glad your having the paintings appraised, I’m willing to bet you hit a gold mine maybe not the mother load but a mine nonetheless.
You actually have more money in there than you think. I love old books, dishes all the silver metal stuff when I go into antique booths. All those gold wall hangings are considered MCM decor thats in right now. It all needs just some cleaning. 😊😊 Great video!!
you can mix half vinegar and water in a spray bottle it will take out smells
And it's not toxic like febreeze or lysol.
Old style wash up station .
Some of your older pictures are known to have valuable stuff behind it. There was one that had one of the original constitution
Agreed
I always, always enjoy the videos you two love bugs put out! But, for some reason tonight Kayla and I both laughed out loud at the same things!! Sending love and hugs 🤗🤗
My Side of the mountain is really good book!!!
Omg I had that pear and bowl set...bowl sits in the middle with the little pear dishes around it. Worth 50.00 or so...maybe more by now..it's for serving maybe fruits with some sort of dip?
It fun watching you and wife you make veiw laugh went joke around keep on going❤
The one that looks like Rembrandt is George Giese. If it's the original it's at least $11k
I believe the pickle thing(in the box) was a fermentation thing. I’m curious as to what it was. Right now things like that will sale. Hope you’ll be showing what it was. Where would you list these items? On eBay?
If those Nat Geo magazines have maps, some of the older ones do sell.
