You are so right. We have a saying: "the best helmsmen are on the shore" What auto-tuning? These people are very talented musicians, altough it is not the original line-up. But with Simon Philips on drums and Sklar on bass (one of the best bassplayers in the world, and I should know, cause I am a bassplayer for more then 40 years and living from it). My compliments!!!

You have a couple of years on me, but I too have been making a living primarily as a performing musician for the majority of the past 21 of my 37 years...including putting myself through college as well as earning a pretty damn good living from it. I guess the fundamental difference between us and "them" is not finding a need to hear an INCREDIBLE band and try to dog them as if no band COULD sound good live...when I hear bands all the time that have a great live sound...including amazing vocals!
The incomparable "Father Time," himself, Leland Sklar. Most people remember him from Phil Collin's 1990 hit "Something Happened on the Way to Heaven," where he features in the music video (standing stage right of Collins).
I wish that more Muso's would do this with their TOP Hits - it adds such a fresh NEW color to the song Well Done Steve & Greg (sounds like you two crafted this new version out)
AWESOME!! This is another one of my favorite songs, and this is a great live recording and arrangement! I played this song through the years in many different club bands, as a guitarist, and as a keyboardist. Toto was a big influence on my own playing and composing style. I'm all classical music these days, but this video takes me back to my "rockin' days!..Peace! 🎼❤️
